I loved the idea that i don’t pay extra shipping while exchanging for size problems, but i would go for 5 stars if you redesigned your sizes cause it’s not accurate at all, i’m thin and 70KG i wear a XXlarge in your brand!

We notice you're talking about the "2 in 1 Functional Training Shorts" -- which has been one of our bestseller items since its release... and we do get your point, yet it is quite a preference related thing that varies from one person to the other -- some people love the length of the shorts, and others would prefer a little extra length so they tend to size up until comfortable... we are actually thinking of developing a longer outer short for people who like them a little longer. But in the rest of our products, you'd definitely take your normal size.
We definitely still appreciate the 4 stars, and hopefully soon we'll earn your 5 stars on another product or our overall built quality and service!

Bad shopping…
Quality of the items very poor and even if the 2 pants I bought are the same size they are not the same, one is smaller than other one and the black underwear in the shorts is too long. Usually my size is XL I had to buy 2XL because the size are not really. The material of the short is very heavy and not dryfit as Nike or Adidas. I never buy from this site .

First off, we appreciate you taking the time to guide our community on the experience you had —which seems quite a bit unfair to how fast and responsive we were to your requests — which were immediate — but you have every right to drop a review as we mentioned in our emails before and say what you please — in the end, we have this open to the public for a reason, with hopes that people leave the actual experience.
Now in regards to your comment on our Best Seller 2 in 1 Functional Training Shorts — again as explained in our emails, it clearly states “purchase one size bigger” than your normal size, which is relatively normal in any brand worldwide to have smaller fits than usual in some of their silhouettes for Multiple technical reasons — and also state it in their product description to help customers when choosing their sizes and if by heavy fabric, you mean compression, then yes they are because that is the goal — as we serve top fabrics and not lightweight fabrics that bend to break later.
Again, if you did not want to keep the items, you could get store credit to purchase different items, or use them on any new collections we receive — as it is clearly mentioned NO REFUNDS during sale time. And yet we did mention in our email to you if you still are unhappy with your purchase or sizes please do let us know so we can resolute (which you gladly accepted trying the new size for and had no issues with the quality at the time).

Now for the restocks, we do have limited items that sometimes drop and never restock (but these are mentioned next to them) -- on the other hand, we've had some delays recently in some core items (such as our Cargo Joggers) as we were facing some delays in producing the fabrics, due to the issue of raw material imports that the country was facing -- but that is now resolved and we will begin restocking them in the coming weeks starting with Black - and then further products to follow.
