When I purchase clothes online i end up refunding them,Definitely not this time.

Our Refund Policy and process clearly states a 14 working day window. Given the 9 day Eid Holidays (including the weekend linked to the holiday) off for all counterparts that could process any cash refunds (courier service + banks) all refunds were pushed almost a full 10 days, which were completely out of our hands — then as we get back to work, Labor Day comes in for a long weekend.
Further to that, you’ve already received an email yesterday (as sent to you on Instagram) before leaving this review with a refund notification, which means that your order has been processed through couriers and that they should be connecting with you shortly.
If the above does not explain why there’s been a delay that is totally out of hand, and not only to you but others as well — then we don’t know what will, and we thank you for your patience, and hope that you can revise your review based on the actual situation.
