Item Exchange Complain
Hi,
I recieved an order in which your products are in excellent quality but your sizes are not accurate at all. I submitted a request to exchange but I expected to receive a phone call or someone to guide me through the exchange process. I don't think that you expect from me to come to your office to exchange the item as it is far away from my home. It is fair that exchange happens through a courrier you send it to me same as all other retailers do when I want to exchange any item. This is the right way to do it!
