Great customer service
I used the online chat to ask about a particular item that wasn't in stock, I received a speedy reply informing me that an order will be placed soon, so should be available to buy soon!
A few weeks later I receieved a message to say the item I wanted was now in stock and available to buy online!
I was extremely happy with the customer service I received - they knew it was for a birthday present for my daughter, who will be over the moon!
