Recently bought equipment for my son
Recently bought equipment for my son. This was delivered quickly and with no problems. However, there were problems on checkout with the Paypal link and I ended up paying 3 times, which was very quickly resolved and necessary refunds made immediately. Great service.

Good quality products & exceptionally fast delivery
Incredibly fast delivery and excellent items. Would definitely use again. Ordered 2 sets of wrist straps in 2 sizes and a pair of medium size gloves. Measurement guidelines were easy to follow and gloves fitted perfectly. Wrist bands are a vivid blue colour so my son was thrilled they aren’t too girlie! Good quality products so excellent value for money. Needed for gym session and arrived in perfect time so tested straight away.

Still not received items....
Received emails saying my items had shipped, then further emails saying they hadn't and they weren't in stock. Having changed my order I still didn't receive it so contacted them, they said it would be shipped immediately. Another week later and still nothing has turned up. Prompt replies to emails but starting to wonder if I will receive my items. One of the reasons I ordered from here was the promise that it was all in stock and would be received quickly.

I was first told my order is going to…
I was first told my order is going to be despatched on Saturday, then they said it’s going to be Monday, but it was only sent the following Thursday. The handguards didn’t fit my daughter so we ordered another pair and then returned the first one and to do so I had to pay the delivery cost 3 times. It would be nice if they had free delivery for orders over a certain amount or free returns.

Delivery cost just to make sure that prices are kept as low as possible as otherwise we would have to build all mentioned costs into the price of the product. We will try to make sure that we speed up our delivery service.
Never ever call you back
Terrible service. Tried to call before I ordered and never ever anyone at the end of the phone. Hand guard measurements Must be wrong online as I measured my daughter and they still didn’t fit.
Tried to call now for over three weeks. Left so many messages. Even called the mobile number which just goes to answer phone. Left a message and text. No customer service at all. If you want to communicate with someone avoid this company.
Found my returns invoice so decided to send the guards back but not even sure if this company is still trading as to avoid someone’s messages and calls for weeks is disgusting. Let’s see if I get an exchange.
My daughter belongs to a big gym club and I will be telling everyone to avoid.
