Decent bit of kit, great for someone of my age (71) as you can alter the resistance for each exercise. The app clearly demonstrates each exercise and the big benefits are 1, you can workout at home 2, you save a fortune on gym membership.

Kit is useless, you have to buy more to have any use of it.
I ordered the £115 kit with belt, 6 bands and a bar. What I discovered was that the bands are very small, which means all the exercises, even the images shown on the box itself are not possible. It seems you have to buy the longer bands. I contacted their sales team and their support team via email asking for a refund, and no response yet. The app they provide, really is just some videos, which are too long. The free gifts is just some PDFs. All I want is a little book with some exercises. So I’m not happy with this whole experience or the product.

I just bought the gymproluxe 2.0 summer…
I just bought the gymproluxe 2.0 summer deal which turned up within a couple of days which was good.
When I went through the box everything was there apart from one of the free items.
I contacted customer services by email who came back to me within about 15 minutes and told me that the items I thought were missing were actually a digital download (didn't realise).
They told me where and how to get them and all was sorted out.
I was impressed with the communication and speed of the response from them.
Hopefully I don't have any other issues but from what I experienced with them I would feel confident that any problems would be dealt with quickly.
Would recommend if you have any queries don't hesitate to contact them.

Gymproluxe Return
After trying the product, it wasn't for me, and Marcus and myself agreed to disagree on matters. However, I will comment on the customer service I received. I have seen negative comments about this, however, my experience of their customer service and refund was excellent.
I posted the product back on a Monday, it was received on a Tuesday and funds were back in my account on the Thursday. All the way through the process I was kept informed and they communicated with me via email, promptly, I can't fault that, thank you for dealing with the return so quickly.

Great workouts
Recommend this product and associated workouts, the equipment is great, easy to use and you do feel the workouts but because of the bands, you can adjust to make it as challenging as you need it. In week 3 now and motivated!

The kit itself is good but the customer service has been poor. I was encouraged to spend over a certain amount to receive a free gift but it wasn’t forthcoming. When I contacted them to enquire where it was, I didn’t receive a single message back.

I ordered my gym proluxe and after 1…
I ordered my gym proluxe and after 1 month the bands snapped. I then paid for and reordered new bands. 1 week later they snapped. Now I'm trying to use my warranty on both I'm being asked to pay more. Awful company.

A nice machine with a good range of exercises
After going to a few Pilates reformer classes, I was keen to try it at home. This is great to do a wide range of different exercises and folds away easily. The small instruction booklet that comes with it is awful-it is actually really easy to set up but this booklet made it very difficult-watching the video is much more straight forward. Seems good quality but one of the wooden stands had come off when it arrived so had to be glued back on.

Unreliable product. 4 bands have broken in 6 months!
In a 6 month period 2 white tension bands and 2 green bands have broken. I only recieved a replacement green last week and now a white broke in today's workout. The product gets used 3-4 times a week and I carefully follow their instruction videos. This product is not fit for purpose and I refuse to keep paying for postage of replacement bands if this keeps happening. The bands need a redesign.
EDIT: The team resolved the issue for me, and I am able to use the product again to its full potential.

Lost package, unable to get reply
Ordered my product with no problem, received notifications about my delivery.
The product was 'delivered' to a safe space, which in reality was a doorstep on a busy footpath, returning home hours after delivery said product can not be found.
Have contacted Gymproluxe three times and can't get a response. Very disappointed.

Pilates reformer base unit
Ordered the Pilates reformer base came with a day/2 of ordering slight problem with the bands but was soon fixed foc by the customer team and now all working correctly. Have it set up in the kitchen haven’t done a “proper” workout due to being out of exercise a long time but really enjoy just being able to take my time and do a few exercises whilst “hanging” around in the kitchen and helping to build my strength and stamina. Tried formal Pilates and found it a bit much so happy with being able to go at my level in my time building up to doing the classes on the app. Really happy with my purchase thank you
