If I could put zero stars I would
If I could put zero stars I would. Absolutely disgusting how a business could operate like this. Bought items on the Black Friday sales November 13th 2025 and still haven’t recieved any goods let alone any response to my countless emails to their customer service. I wouldn’t recommend gymroos to anyone.
Bloody awful customer service
Partner placed an order in mid November 2025. Got one response via Facebook DM in late November when he chased up his order, advising him it would be shipped within 10 to 12 days. No order received and blatantly ignored follow ups. Negative comments deleted from SM. Horrendous company and nothing short of fraudulent. I’ve suggested he lodge a complaint with his bank. DO NOT ORDER from this company.
90% sure this joint is a scam
90% sure this joint is a scam. No attempt to post product. Deflecting responses via email saying they're not the correct person to deal with.
Do not buy from this company
Do not buy from this company. They’ll gladly take your money and never respond to messages on any platform and you never receive your goods!
Garbage company
Garbage company. 6 weeks to receive an order after multiple attempts of contact for update and refund via all social accounts and emails. Refund offered but never processed. Was promised additional items due to the delay but never added. Arrived on the day that Paypal refund was possible. Poor quality clothing. Pants are nylon/poly and don't breathe. Shirts full of elastic and feel horrible. Stay away. Hate wearing the clothes also because of the abysmal company it represents.
No products,6 week wait and zero coms
It seems I am having a similar experience to many others. I ordered in black Friday sales Mid November (Christmas presents) that have not arrived. No communication from Gymroos despite multiple.email attempts from me. Very poor customer service.....I will be charging back the costs of these from my credit card. Poor poor poor
Worst customer service I've ever had i…
Worst customer service I've ever had i ordered 2 pairs of shorts they took over 2 months to come i emailed them so many times to no response dont waste your time or money on these goons shorts are average aswell i will never buy anything off this horrible company again.
DO NOT order from these FRAUDS
6 weeks now. No product. No response. Not a single care in the world that they are taking money and not delivering. For a 'reputable' company they have no procedures in place to honour and look after customer orders. What a mess...
Would give 0 stars if possible.
Would give 0 stars if possible.
Ordered on the 23rd of November as a part of the Black Friday sales. No shipping, no updates, nothing.
Completely unresponsive to emails as well.
🚨SCAM 🚨

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
- You will NOT receive your order
- They do NOT respond to any emails no matter how much you try
- They don’t respond to DMS on any of their socials
- They will literally take your money and not send you products
This is very upsetting as they actually use to be a legit company and send your things as I own some shorts but now they do not send anything.
You’ll see many other people warning you of the same thing. If you have already ordered, contact your bank immediately.
Made 2 orders - never turned up
Made 2 orders, one in late August, one in early September....still hasn't arrived. No one answers messages/emails.
I have had to create a fraud claim with the bank. Useless company! RUN!
If zero stars were an option I’d…
If zero stars were an option I’d happily pick that.
My husband has been a loyal gymroos wearer and supporter since they released their first collection. So for every occasion (birthdays/christmas) I wanted to add to his collection. Please tell me why every time I’ve ordered from Gymroos there has been something wrong?! 1st time no tracking and no information I practically had to beg for a refund for over a month. 2nd time they sent some of the right things and then the wrong shirt, when I tried to return it and get the right item, they sent the wrong item again! 3rd time was last month, again no tracking number and when I inquired a month later Gymroos said the stock WASNT EVEN IN THE COUNTRY!!! Did they state this on their website? Nope. Did they send an email straight after purchase saying the processing time would be 4-6 weeks? Nope. Was it pre order? Again no and what did the processing times say? It was the same as all the other stock on their website1-2 weeks in busy sale periods. 3 times a asked for a refund and only on the 3rd time when I was ready to take it to fair trading and consumer affairs for misleading customers did they actually do the refund. Will never shop here again, my support and hard earned money will go to another Aussie gym wear business.
Gymroos is a scam site
Order 2 pairs of shorta 3 weeks ago for Xmas pres. Order never shipped. Gym roos do not return emails. This is a scam site.
Unbelievable
Unbelievable, how could a company cook so many customers? I understand why they aren’t getting back to anyone as there are far too many of us, I hardly ever purchase anything online & this was my first purchase @ gymroos and is definitely my last, Black Friday sales, was under the impression that they had the things I was buying in stock, did not hear anything until I emailed customer service & only got an automated email response with FAQs that said stock was 3 weeks away from arriving
Goodbye gymroos, never again
Shocking service, no communication, no item?
Bought through them before with little trouble, they take a while for delivery which annoying considering the amount you pay but this time, I shouldn’t have bothered.
Like others, I purchase during their Black Friday sale. This was mid November (date as of writing is 23/12/25), I have not been given a tracking number to see if this has even been shipped, I have received no replies on email other than their useless auto responder and they do not reply to messages on social media. Very frustrating and with the cost, basically robbery.
I’d give zero stars if I could but…
I’d give zero stars if I could but unfortunately I have to give a star. Gymroos are complete scammers. I ordered products on the 13th of November and have received nothing. The company doesn’t answer back to correspondence and have deleted/disabled all comments apart from positive ones on social media. ⛔️ Buyer beware ⛔️Don’t purchase anything from these scammers.
Bunch of Liars
Do not trust this company. They are advertising all over their social media that the last Black Fridays are being dispatched this week. This is a LIE. After finally getting a response to an email for an order placed on the 14th of November, I was told that one of the items in order will not be dispatched for another 1-2 weeks. Then i was also told that the other item is out of stock. Why did it take 6 weeks to let me know this. Do not trust this company, buy from someone else.
The worst customer service
The worst customer service!
Ordered 12th November 2 weeks later sent an email as needed it for an early Christmas event on the 13th of December (thinking 1 month would be enough time for delivery) emailed 2 weeks later asking where my order was, got a reply which basically said it would be another 2-3 weeks before stock arrived (did not state this on website) then they had to sort through stock and ship it out so probably would be closer to 4 more weeks. They obviously oversold stock they never had! In my reply I had asked for a full refund because needed to order another present. No reply, followed up a week later and still nothing. Put a dispute in with paypal and got a refund. Will never buy from them again
I would like to express my concern…
I would like to express my concern regarding the delay. This order was placed during the Black Friday sale using products listed as available, so I did not expect it to still be weeks away from dispatch. Had the items been clearly marked as part of a future or inbound shipment, I would have made a different decision.
I understand delays can happen, however this timeframe feels unreasonable and not in line with a professional purchasing experience. I would appreciate a clearer explanation and confirmation of a firm dispatch date.
I look forward to your response.
Four weeks since ordering
Four weeks since ordering. No shirts. No updates. No replies.
Gymroos happily took the money, then disappeared like a bad leg day excuse. If ignoring customers is their brand strategy, they’ve nailed it.
Useless service. Zero communication. Never buying again.
