What a shame
What a shame. I was excited to support a this brand, but Gymtier completely let me down. Delivery was slow, they ignored every message I sent, and when the order finally arrived, the quality was poor and the fit was nothing like what was advertised. A huge disappointment — won't be ordering again.

Go elsewhere if you want a nice fit
Delivered ok, but although all t-shirts are XL … they all vary in size. One out of 3 fits well. Pictures are very generous in comparison to actual fit. Would look elsewhere if you want a well fitted t-shirt.

Poor quality
Having ordered items from gymtier a few times in the past and have been very happy, however my latest t shirt order was terrible quality. Differing sizes, baggy neck line and arms and awful quality material. Cheap and nasty and have gone in the bin. £70 wasted! Will not be ordering from gymtier again .

The quality of the T-shirts are a shocker! I have never seen anything so bad in my life before.
If you are going to charge a premium for your products they best be of good quality. One wash on this T-shirts and they will all stretch.

Absolutely appalling service
Absolutely appalling service. Total lack of care or responsibility.
I ordered six items for collection at a local parcel shop. After my email account was hacked, I lost the QR code needed to pick up the parcel. The shop wouldn’t release my parcel without the code — fair enough. But what followed was a joke.
I contacted Gymtier customer service. They replied once with a useless tracking number (and no QR code which was needed) that didn’t even work on Royal Mail’s website. After that, radio silence. I sent five more emails over three weeks — not a single response.
They clearly couldn’t care less. No effort to help, no basic customer support. I’ve now filed a chargeback with Lloyds to get my £70 back, because I have zero faith they’ll ever sort this out.
