Late on delivery, product damaged
Ordered my product on 2-3 day delivery, did not arrive until 9 days later after I chased. Additionally when I received it the product was moisture damaged and as such unusable. I contacted them regarding the damage but as yet no response.

Sorry for the mixed updates on this order. We initially believed we could fulfil quickly, but we later identified a stock allocation issue and we were not able to supply the item. Once that was confirmed, we processed a full refund.

Sorry your parcel was still outstanding when you posted this review on 6 January. Your order was placed during the Christmas and New Year period, when courier networks and depot scanning can run slower than usual.
Our records show the parcel was delivered on 9 January. If you did not receive it, or if anything arrived missing or damaged, please contact our support team via the order confirmation email or our website contact form and we will sort it quickly.

The item sent was the wrong size. I purchased a snall and was sent a medium.
Edit, Gymzey responded very quickly and rectified the error. They sent a new item of the correct size delivery was very quick.
