The device seems good enough and matches the description. I'm not impressed with customer service though- I thought I'd buy direct and support the manufacturer, but a week after placing the order and still no despatch info I chased, and got an apologetic "our automated system did not process your order" (although it automatically took the payment) with a promise that it had been manually despatched. I got a shipping notification 5 days later. If you're in a hurry, look elsewhere.

Great mini scraper which is the main thing. I already have the large scraper and my clients love it
Shame it took a while to arrive (from China) but it's not worth deducting stars for as I'm pleased with the product.

I bought a scraper in March 2024 for $249.00. In November 2025, it stopped working. After I sent an email to the company, their solution was: spend another $125.00 and we will send you a new one. There was no possibility to repair or replace it. After I declined this “offer,” they stopped replying to my emails. So, 1 star. An expensive product like this should last longer than 1½ years.

Placed order on 19th November and I have still not received the item. It’s been 3 weeks.

I was recommended the achedaway by fellow therapists. My clients have really benefited and enjoyed the experience and most importantly it really saves overusing my hands.

No customer service. No reply after emails. No telephone or contact number to phone. My cupping never arrived. Purchased directly with Archedaway.

Paid 450$ for the achedaway massage gun 3 years ago. Used a handful of times and now it doesn't work.

Apparently it is no longer in production and cant find replacement parts

For so much money it is outrageous how poor quality it turned out to be. The warranty is way too short for the price that is paid.

Having used the gun pro for a handful of times it stopped charging. I contacted the company and was told it was out of warranty, which was disappointing but understandably fair. What's not acceptable is they don't even keep spare parts a year outside of warranty that i was willing to pay for and an admission in writing that their product is the same as any other product that uses lithium batteries, if that's the case why pay the premium price (4-5 times the cheaper versions). Abysmal service that I'd never recommend as there's no after care service.

Fabulous product and all my clients love the heat. It's also not as sharp as my last scraper so they are all grateful for that too.

I love the heated scrappers and cups. The scrappers feel like they really get into the layers of fascia and muscle. Saving my hands. I love the cups as well. Had great feedback from clients.

This little guy is the s**t ! DOMS, knots, aches, pre workout release, post workout massage... its amazing ! Loads of different settings and strengths, got it out the box and had over a weeks worth of use without a charge too so...

Brilliant piece of kit for runners, bought as a gift for my husband.
