I recommend. The information in the app is good. I never tried the recipes but they sounded lovely. The best part is the supportive Facebook group who encouraged me to give up gluten and once I did I realised I had an intolerance to it. Its a supportive space. As my treatment has now stopped I asked for a refund on a payment taken a few days before and there were no questions asked. Really good and clear customer service. All in all a great experience despite the unsuccessful end with a pregnancy as the clinic stopped my treatment.

Info is great, just not sure it accounts for specific situations like Endometriosis for example. I would like to have nutrition information with a fertility and endometriosis focus.

Daniela, thank you — and that's a fair point. The Gyna programme covers fertility nutrition broadly rather than condition-specific plans, so we don't have a dedicated endometriosis track today. I've passed your request to our nutrition team, because you're not the only one asking for it.
In the meantime, anything endometriosis-specific is worth raising with your own doctor or dietitian alongside the programme.

I am learning so many valuable information that I didn't know before. Following the guidelines have made the scale go down tremendously in such a short time.
