Terrible product, do not buy
Paid 299 + tax and worked for 3 weeks. What a disappointment for my 11 years old son. Since it broke, I had to give him reassurance that life is worth living.
With sadness, I will go to another manufacturer to make him enjoy life again.
DO NOT BUY FROM GYROOR
If I could rate them a 0, I would. Purchased a scooter for our son’s birthday in the beginning of June. On June 18th, we tried calling them and emailing them asking for a refund because the scooter stopped working. They took 5 days to respond saying they would send us a throttle that we could replace ourselves. Although this was not what we wanted, we agreed for them to send it. We STILL have not received the part and we’ve sent two emails to follow up with no answer. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!
Worst company ever
Worst company ever. Do NOT do business with them. They will send you garbage product and never refund you. Buy American, that is what I get for trying to save money. This is a Chinese company that doesn’t respect Americans. I have to select at least one star, they are really in the negative star category. GARBAGE!!!

No answers. Payed 250€, got no shipping notification and I asked for information by german and US E-Mails and also by the contact form on the Website. But no feedback. Dont know if I will get my Money Back.

this company has not returned money for more than a month, does not answer calls, does not respond to emails, it feels like this company is completely fake, be careful with online purchases from this company.
Terrible product and customer care
With in 3 months the hoverboard motor and mother board both got damaged. Tried to reach the customer care on both via email and phone multiple times , Phone always connects to voices mails after few ring sounds and the emails they never respond back. Don't buy this product and loose your hard earned money
Gyroor battery warranty
I purchased a Gyroor eBike. Unfortunately, the battery failed after a few months of usage. Clearly defective, I contacted Gyroor and after a few short (and reasonable) exchanges, was given a new battery.
I have zero complaints about the eBike itself. One of my work mates has a slightly larger eBike and has had no issues with his.
Given that the decent product and customer service experience, I would not hesitate in purchasing from this company in the future.
Purchased 3 hoverboards for Christmas…
Purchased 3 hoverboards for Christmas 2023. After the first use 1 wouldn’t reset and only spins one way. After another week a second board is doing the same. Have contacted them through their email displayed on their page 5 times and still have not received an answer. Very costly and disappointing. Will never shop with them again and will encourage others to do the same. Absolute zero customer service. Boards are still under warranty but with no contact with the company I don’t know where else to turn to. I would give zero stars if I could.

Received my scooters yesterday, I purchased 2 ,the black one for me and the purple one for my wife. The look is beautiful and my wife loves it. The frame is sturdy, the headlight is very bright, has a brake tail light, and the ride is smooth and safe. Recommended!

Love this scooter, my first time riding a scooter so had to practice learning how to ride it haha! But it seems easy to learn, even though I'm over age 55. The escooter has a low center of gravity and wide pedals, making it very comfortable to ride. I will recommend it to my family and friends.

This hoverboard stopped working after 3 weeks. The product has a 1 year warranty. Customer support initially responded and asked for pictures and video which we provided. Then they stopped responding. All phone calls to their HQ went to voicemail and none were returned. This company is clearly a sham.
Bad customer service
I bought hoverboard from charity event in September box sealed with all paperwork inside. Gave it my daughter for Christmas charged 4 times then not charging.
Emailed GYROOR at first happy to help then said nothing they could do even when I asked for recommended repair place and said I would pay they still didn’t help not good customer service. My daughter is gutted. I paid more for it at charity do than it was in shop. I’m still looking for repairs centre in Warwickshire England.
