The company full of liars and greedy people!
I have had only bad experiences e.g. when it comes to pay you back depositum they do not reply or lie. I received the depositum after 8 months since moving out, for I filled a complaint that I will contact the lawyer, in order to get my money back. I do recommend to everyone to be very careful with this establishment in addition when moving in take a picture and document damage in the apartment and condition of the apartment, otherwise you won’t see you your money back. Do not be fooled by their friendly behavior, their an objective is to get your all money!!! When moving out they literally charge you for everything! E.G. calcareous stains in the shower corner, which caused water in Århus. Obviously not you fault, however you will be charged. To sum up illegal activities and make you pay for everything.

Er ked af at høre du har haft en træls oplevelse og har stor forståelse for det kan være frustrerende man skal betale for hvad kan anses som små ting. Men hvis man efterlader kalk, snacks ol. til en ny lejer, som så efterlader til endnu en ny lejer osv så vil lejemålet ikke fremstå som de fleste ønsker at overtage det.
Jeg skal dog beklage hvis der vitterlig er gået 8 måneder fra lejeophør til opgørelsen. Vores normale behandlingstid er op ca 8 uger.
