Wasted our time

Wasted our time. We went to view an apartment. Our biggest concern was having our dog. The man who showed us the apartment assured us we could have our dog in the apartment and it could be in the garden. When we read the contract it said that dogs were not allowed in either. When we contacted them, they said we could have our dog in the apartment, but not the garden. Total contradiction to what the person who showed us the property said. When we emailed them about this concern, they kept dancing around the question trying to avoid answering it. Very frustrating to have our time wasted by such an unprofessional company.

Vi beklager, at I har haft en træls oplevelse, og at ejendomsmæglerne som har fremvist lejligheden ikke har været helt klar i sine meldinger. Vi kan se i vores korrespondance, at vi i flere mails har skrevet til jer at ejendommens fællesareal må benyttes af alle til hygge og leg, men ikke er tiltænkt som hundetoilet. Vi håber, I finder den rette lejlighed.

Af hensyn til GDPR og vores firmapolitikker i øvrigt, så kan vi ikke i et åbent forum på internettet kommentere på konkret sagsbehandling.

Der skal dog lige bemærkes følgende:

1. Vores primære fokus er at der skal ske en fordeling af istandsættelsesudgifterne, der retter sig efter den lejeaftale der er indgået imellem lejer og udlejer. Der er, med opdateringen af lejeloven i 2015 mange udfordringer, da der skal tages konkret stilling til hvert eneste punkt i istandsættelsen.

2. Vi kan (og må!) ikke af egen vilje begynde at omfordele udgifter mellem lejer og udlejer på anden vis, end det der er aftalt i lejeaftalen.

3. I den opgave følger vi de regler og retningslinjer samt den praksis, der er opbygget i lejeloven, huslejenævn, beskrivelser og vejledninger og dertil naturligvis vores eget erfaringsgrundlag.

4. Vi indhenter ikke flere tilbud på istandsættelsesopgaver i forbindelse med fraflytninger. I stedet anvender vi håndværkere, hvis kvalitet og priser vi kender og løbende forhandler priser med.

5. Vores interesse er ikke en konflikt med lejer. Der er ikke noget, vi hellere vil, end at istandsættelsesarbejdet leveres så effektivt og billigt som muligt, da det mindsker sandsynligheden for en konflikt.

6. Vi tjener ikke noget på istandsættelserne – hverken direkte eller indirekte, så vores interesse er på ingen måde, at det skal være dyrere for lejere, end højst nødvendigt.

Med disse bemærkninger håber jeg, der er kastet lidt mere lys over, at vi i sådanne sager gør vores bedste, men også er mødt med, at der er mange udfordringer og konkrete vurderinger i hver eneste flyttesag, som enten let kan give os problemer med at en lejer føler sig uretfærdigt afregnet.

Vi har hundreder af ind- og fraflytninger kørende hvert år, og de fleste går heldigvis rigtig fint og til lejernes fulde tilfredshed.

Super Rude

Damn.. I was interested in the appartment and called just to see where i should send my details to to get further information on it. A lady answered and was super rude to me speaking down to me about my question, even after i explained to her that my recent 4 messages enquiring about the appartment had been read but ignored. By far the rudest individual ive spoken to on my appartment hunt and see it as a big missed bullet. Good thing i didnt get involved with them if thats how they speak to people.
