Haus took over the management of our block and immediately focussed on the long overdue cladding remediation. They ensured the best and safest level of service is given by the contractors. They are generally responsive but sometimes they do not get back on sensitive issues like cladding related questions or EWS1 forms. But overall they have been doing a much better job than the previous management companies Houston Lawrence and KFH.

I am a live out landlord and all my experiences via email have been ok- with mostly resolved issues. The portal is a bit confusing to use for raising issues as I'm not always sure who should be receiving them (I'm asked to select the recipients) In the past I've waited longer then expected to get a response (remove paint from door when the corridor was being -repainted etc.

Impossible to get any issues addressed promptly - absolute disgrace
They are an absolute disgrace. There is literally not a single time that we have raised an issue in our building where they have handled it promptly. I live on the 6th floor and the elevator has been out for a full week now. They do not handle very obviously urgent matters with any kind of urgency and don't seem to understand that not everybody is mobile enough to climb multiple flights of stairs or carry their child or their groceries up multiple flights of stairs. The last time this happened I was told "we can't please everyone" when I explained that I had limited mobility and was thus trapped in my flat and that they were in violation of the Equality Act.
***Edited after response: Just to be clear you had NOT posted any updates on the resident portal since posting that it would be fixed by Friday the 26th 10 days ago until I asked you to in a phone call this morning.

There has been a lot of improvements and overdue work completed since Haus took over the management of our property. They have a simple reporting system and their communication is generally good.
