Reliable and helpful shop - highly recommended
Really helpful, knowledgeable staff. Bike arrived in perfect condition; bit of a delay with delivery, but all to do with the courier and not the shop. They kept me up to date on what was happening and were easy to contact whenever I had any questions. Can definitely recommend.

Good service by H2 but bad delivery service
Good service around the delivery company where not the best they left the parcel on my doorstep without ringing the doorbell or leaving a card with instructions where to find the parcel which is worrying
But was all sorted very quickly by the staff at H2
