Delivery was quick but I was disappointed with how my purchase was packaged. It was a £99 bike light and was just in a plastic envelope with no bubble wrap or inner protective covering. It is a Xmas present so I am hoping it is not damaged as won't find out until after 25th Dec.
* Had an email from Rebecca at the company today offering to send a replacement light. It's really reassuring to know that they take issues aised seriously and try to resolve them - that's all people want. Well done H2 Gear.

The response time and quick organisation to get my sons new bike out to me from H2 was fantastic within a couple of hours they’d already sorted delivery and had it ready to be shipped!
The only downside was the delivery company who came a day late so I had to put the bike together late at night ready for his birthday which was slightly frustrating as had lots of other jobs to do!

Excellent service, really impressed. Phoned to check size details of a MTB stem, and got the confirmation I needed from Rebecca. Then ordered in the afternoon and it was dispatched that day and arrived the following day :-).

Couldn't have been better. Ordered new bike Monday it arrived Friday. Rebecca was very helpful. As warned I have to do a few things to it before it can be ridden. Although there are very few instructions the guys in the workshop have helped me figure things out and I may have to get their assistance again. Any way, to this point I'm a very happy customer.

The bike is an opened box, possibly a return or a floor model. Bike frame was rewrapped with paper or foam by masking tape to make it look new, some small parts were mixed up in opened plastic bags, and the box of the bike was tapped back to hold it together. If I was around during delivery I might have rejected it. So far nothing on the bike seems wrong but I am not entirely sure if no small parts in those opened bags are missing.
