Everything very excellent.Very informative on my questions.Although I was thoughtful of ordering during lockdown in Greece not sure when my order of December 22 would arrive,I just received it Jan 8 which I assume is fantastic concidering also the problems in England leaving the EU.Everything came in perfect form and although I just opened the box and have not assembled the caraf yet I am sure everything will work out OK.Thank you for being so professional.

The machine is much better than…
The machine is much better than previous ones I had before. Cleans very well, and has a greater capacity.
The delivery was almost immediate, even more so considering it was holidays season.

Good but package took a long time to deliver
Good except package took a long time to be delivered - probably more the courier. Their site says 3 to 5 days but it took 16 days.

Excellent water production but machine slow and cumbersome
very awkward to lift the lid off after a cycle. Quite cumbersome machine. The lid to the glass carafe cannot be utilised until after the cycle has been completed. Very long cycle - 6 hours for one gallon of water. That said the water produced is wonderfully clear and refreshing so for that reason i will continue its use.

Hi I gave 2/stars. Your product is fine. The cost is astronomical for posting especially sinace it’s not being shipped outside of uk, and replacing. Why so expensive? . By the time I keep replacing I will have purchased another kettle!
