What the hell I have a pay-as-you-go sim with 3 why on earth is there a dam payment gone out just now at 23 40 for 19.69 robbing b*stards and crafty they do this when there's no way of contacting them until.next day I want my money back now

Charged after closing my contract. Horrible service.

After the end of my contract (12 months), I called to close the contract and stop paying my monthly fees. After struggling (as always with 3 UK) to reach the customer service on the phone, I managed to speak with a manager who granted me the closure of the contract. They kept charging me with fees for another 3-4 months. I tried several times to log into my 3 account, both online and from the app but there was always a "Ups! we are experiencing technical difficulties" and my phone number was not even recognised as a 3 number!!

Worst experience ever.

Also, despite having sms included in my contract, I never once managed to send one. Always problems. I called to discuss it, but nothing, never sorted. "Maybe you are in an area with poor connection", yeah, Edinburgh city centre, go tell somebody else about the poor connection.

Worst company ever. Stay away. Or go "Pay as you go" to make sure they don't keep charging you.

I’ve just checked my bank statement and…

I’ve just checked my bank statement and I have a DD set up from 3 H3G. I have never owned a 3 network so not sure how this has happened.I rang my bank and they immediately cancelled the DD. I’ve read online that this is happening to other people. I will be reporting to ombudsman. I can’t even find a number to call for non customers. How is this company running.

MASSIVE AVOID.
Loyal to this outfit for three years, not any more. The latest contract ends on 4th October 2021. That is what was entered into, has been honoured throughout, and that hg3 have confirmed by email today, is due to end on 4th October 2021. I’ve just tried to inform the company that I do not wish to continue with them beyond the end of the contract. What a nightmare. A phone call was answered by someone who refused - six times - to confirm my request. The online ‘chat’ option does not provide a full screen conversation that can be photographed for evidence throughout. There is no email address that can be used to record what has occurred and when. I have completed the on site complaint form and expect that the account closure will be completed and a PAC provided. We will see.

They say that the name doesn’t match mine so they can’t discuss

I would give 0 as an option

I would give 0 as an option. Looks like I've become another victim where I cancelled my contract years ago ago and a couple of months ago they upgraded my contract despite never having had my authorisation. To top it all they will not share information about the payment method as it would breach their security! Very dissapointed at this fraudulent activity and will be reporting them to Ombudsman. Complaints are looking into it and

Used slurs about my health in telephone conversation

Terrible company, expensive and overcharge. I was with the 12 years and they accused my of lying even though the call was recorded. I'm disabled and they treated me like dirt and used slurs about my condition in my telephone conversation.

H3G Absolutely awful

Absolutely awful. Continued my contract long after I terminated it. Still trying to cancel the contract and get my money back. Customer services are an absolute joke and just pass you to another operator. Do not touch them with a barge pole!

Why are you the way you are, Three?

I recently left Vodafone to three to "save" myself some money and it's been an absolute nightmare.

Shocking signal
Passive aggressive live chat
Countless lies and false promises
Failed porting
Lost primary number
Overcharges

In short I would strongly strongly recommend you never to trust or be tempted by any Three offer or service. There is a reason they are cheap and you will never get it resolved.

In a time of mental health stress and such a difficult year Three are causing stress beyond belief and should be seriously investigated for the actions of the staff representing their brand.

I changed my contract with 3 to EE

I changed my contract with 3 to EE, told 3 I won’t be renewing I my contract , they understood and I did this at the correct time with enough notice , they still charged me £60 following month , I called them up and they understood they was a fault and said they would return the money in 14 working days , a month later they returned my money but only £9.08 🤷‍♂️
Costumer services is terrible , I couldn’t be bothered to go through another hour phone call speaking to a call centre where English is not their first language probably not even their second!!

PLEASE CHECK YOUR BANK STATEMENTS EACH MONTH BECAUSE COMPANIES LIKE H3G WILL TAKE DD FROM YOUR ACCOUNT WITHOUT YOUR CONSENT, AND IN MY CASE- FOR NOT EVEN HAVING A BLOODY SIM FROM THEM!!! Terrible!

Terrible!. I bought a sim to use in one month and there was no instruction explaining that it was monthly paying sim. They took money out of my acc without any bill or announcement. I had to call them to postpone that payment but they did not give me back any refund. And today after 2 months since the day I postponed the transaction, they still took money out of my account and I have no idea how I should deal with that scam

Absolutely dreadful - don't go there - EVER!

Absolutely dreadful! I cannot wait to get rid of Three; it is a complete shambles of an organisation. When anything goes wrong, attempting to get help with their chat or by phone is heart attack stuff!
On the phone, the poor souls somewhere on the globe may know English but cannot pronounce it nor understand spoken English, which leads to hours of sheer frustration.
Their chat system is even worse, if that is possible. Just completely useless.
And trying to find out when my contract ends is just about impossible.
After hours on line trying to solve one simple problem, I am so furious with this company I want to warn unsuspecting clients not to go near it.
