Easy to order online and the delivery was quick. Very happy with the entire process and the equipment is great !

I ordered online and received my rig within a few days. I also received a phone call the day after my order checking that all was well. All is well. The rig is very good quality and customer service excellent. I will now be purchasing all my equipment from Habitual. All in all, a very happy customer.

I had regular contact via email & text from Ben, then Hayley & they followed up consistently with the courier & myself. All resolved, and I’m so happy with my products. Thanks!

Equipment is very good quality. The only issue was delivery, eg Eg Habitual would send 7 parcels on the same day and we would receive the delivery in drips and drabs over 4 weeks.

Good service, was always kept up to date with delivery of order. Equipment was delivered in a timely manner considering the circumstances of COVID.

My (Chinese-made) Olympic trap bar arrived promptly with a very satisfactory delivery. I have been using it for only a fortnight, so too early to give a full review. My first impression is that the knurling is more aggressive than my previous bar so multiple lift sets of over twice my body weight come close to failure because of the pain at the callus-points on my hands (before any muscular weakness). The knurling is the ONLY reason I have not given a 5-star rating.

The bar appears to be very well-constructed with neat welds and precise accuracy in its manufacture. The balance is perfect. The images and description of the bar on the Habitual website are an accurate representation of the bar I received.

The customer service from the team was fantastic, they communicate well and they responded to my communications in a timely manner.

The equipment is awesome, although the coating on the rack is flaking a bit. The Olympic bar and bumper plates are killer!

However, the rest of service they provided was not at the same level as their customer service and equipment.

The first issue was the in stock information on the website did not match their warehouse numbers and I paid for a package that wasn't in stock nor a pre order. After I emailed and called them they cleared up that issue and managed to negotiate a similar package which was awesome.

Shipping and delays were the biggest negative aspect. But not because of how long it took, but rather it took far longer than they initially promised from the purchase and longer than they said it would in subsequent updates.

Granted, the pandemic did affect shipping times but at the end of the day they over promised and under delivered in this category. The email and phone communication/updates we received told us one thing, however the reality was that that they were shipped 2-3 weeks after they said it would arrive.
I ordered this 4 days into the ACT lockdown and it arrived after the gyms reopened.

But

Habitual couldn't have been better, I'm incredibly happy with what I ordered and what I actually got. It's so rare nowadays that what you see is what you get, but this gear is legitimately the best I've ever seen in person. 10/10 have already recommended to all my friends <3

Very happy with the quality of service given, even though through all the back logging and low of stock, each delivery made was outstanding. And in between, calling to see how the delivery or the where the abouts of the product was and ifI have gotten everything. Ben was great and loved the communication. Couldn’t fault it.

Good communication with Ben easy to talk too. Would probably buy him a beer for all the crap he had to deal with 👍
