Ravi the estate agent was accomodating for most of the time. He made a big effort in getting potential buyers in for viewings after the first buyer was unable to complete the purchase. We thought that he was keeping us up to date and on 2 occasions we asked that he be transparent about his actions as the house was not sold but had been cleared of most of the furniture. When going back to the house before completion, we were utterly disgusted and hurt as our trust had been shattered. We had a funeral where we expected to use our home but we were utterly shocked to find that someone had gone in to the loft and left everything exposed. A ladder was left behind and the toilet had not been flushed after use. For the fact that it was still our family home, this incident was very upsetting. We still question who was in our home as there appeared to be several visits to measure up even though the buyers did not commit to a completion date initially, and as sellers we were not pre-advised. We hope this situation will lead to things being done the right way and with due sensitivity for future sellers that work with Haboodle.

Ravi especially was absolutely fantastic from the outset. He is exceptional, always engaged and pushes from start to very end. Haboodle engage services to support the sales process through completeASAP but with Ravi as engaged as he is there is no need and no value provided by completeASAP. Our buyers solicitor were painful to manage causing unnecessary delay but Ravi was pushing everyday consistently updating all parties. I would definitely recommend Ravi as the best estate agent I have ever worked with.

Dan helped us sell our first house, and was already really helpful in our search for our second house. He’s incredibly knowledgeable about the area and the market and really went above and beyond to help us through ever step. He found our buyers within a week of listing and achieved a price we were all happy with. While our completion was ultimately delayed, this was due to other parties in the chain and Dan remained on the front foot throughout.

We worked with Dan at Haboodle to list our detached bungalow in Purley. Following some positive reviews online and a series of sold signs popping up in the vicinity of our property we decided to give him a call. Have to say the personal approach and clearly knowledgeable and well tenured professionalism purveyed was a breath of fresh air compared to the high street chains. After 3 months of next to nothing with the previous agent, we went on the market with Haboodle and were inundated with activity the very next day, resulting in a perfectly sourced buyer. Dan kept us up to date continuously throughout the process and was extremely helpful in making the all important negotiations an informed decision.
