Beautiful unique mugs
I absolutely love the pastel coloured mugs - each one is just a little different from the other making them totally unique. Delivery was super fast too so thank you for that. I do have one slight disappointment though - and I stress, it is slight. The blue, green and pink mugs are each a lovely rich pastel shade and the off-white is perfect. The 'light yellow' mugs however are so lacking in colour that they're barely discernible from their off-white siblings. It would be so much more pleasing if perhaps a stronger pigment could be used so one can tell that they're actually yellow!

Due to the nature of this being a handmade item, the glaze colours do vary from time to time and can react differently in the kiln (the joys of ceramics!). Please note our 'Light Yellow' is a significantly more subtle shade to our other Stone Series glaze colours. We tested colours for sometime before deciding on this shade of light yellow, as it complemented the other colours. Kindest regards, Ellie

Love the item bought - as a gift.
Paid for 48 hour tracked delivery…ordered early Friday evening…arrived Wednesday afternoon. Not a great delivery service which was expensive and slower than paid for.
Not sure the overall hassle was worth it.

We are a small studio who work really hard, however this does not include evenings and weekends, which is clear on our website. Your order was sent on Monday as per our terms and arrived on Wednesday 48 hours later. The cost you paid for postage, is what we have to pay to get the item to you.
