Received the four large garden pots and…

Received the four large garden pots and we are delighted with them.
We also received good service from Andrew with regards to the carrier. The pots arrived on the island of Bute all the way from Ireland.
We do have problems at times with couriers especially with items from down south. Rothesay has an hourly ferry service and is nearly as easy to get to as the mainland.
Thanks again for the first class service.

Great customer service from Sam

Great customer service from Sam. I ordered a Baxi fire grate and ash pan, which turned out to be the wrong size. I live on the other side of the province so returning it to store was not practical. I called the store and Sam sent me a Royal Mail return label and within a couple of days I had the correct size and my refund from S&G. Could not have been more helpful.

Delivered by a RELIABLE courier.
Boxing of bags places pressure on the bag seams that burst under any pressure caused by dropping. The bags burst and the contents dribble out of the box which is not completely sealed. In this condition the fertiliser is not able to be stored without absorbing moisture and releasing its odour

Great team and lovely products

I had a lovely experience buying pasta bowls from Stewart and Gibson. The bowls arrived well packed and protected. They are just gorgeous. There was an issue with my order. As soon as I made the team aware of the issue - it was resolved with no delay. Would absolutely buy from them again.

After a very long delay as my email to…

After a very long delay as my email to you was mislaid or something, you've been very good about sending the order. I was a bit stunned that an extra 21 euro fee was necessary to pay and for which I wasn't prepared. But other than those two things, you've been fine.
I don't remember the initial date of my query/order.
