I have now raised a complaint with Trading Standards as I am not letting this business defraud me and anyone else again.

I have now been waiting 2+ months for a refund on goods not received. Every time I email I either get the run around (with the finance team) or no response.

I have also stopped buying from these guys as they need to get their house in order and show empathy. Would they be happy with this service as a customer. Answer would be no!

DO NOT EVER USE BIDSPOTTER OR HADDON AND JAMES. Paid for glamping pod £15K back in July 21. At no time did it say delivery would be in December. I argued with my credit card company and they went on the side of H&J. December has come and gone, then promised delivery in Febuary. We are now the 10th May NO pod and NO refund. I am £15K out of Pocket and my credit card company have raised a section 75. Which is taking for ever to sort out. NEVER USE THESE PEOPLE - THEY DONT HAVE THE PRODUCT AND THEY RUN OFF WITH YOUR MONEY. I am running an article in a news paper - if anyone wants to add to this please contact me.

bought the items at auction quite easily and very pleased with the prices and service. my only complaint is the buyers premium why does the seller and buyer have to pay the auction houses are making more money than the sellers. things will have to be very cheap for me to buy again.

This company are complete and utter crooks! I would give them a minus if allowed. We bought a huge amount from them believing that the lots purchased were in a warehouse in this country, not true! They promised week after week we’d get the garden furniture we’d paid for in April 2021, all through the summer months nothing then we finally got a tiny fraction of the stock in October when it’s impossible to sell a summer product at cost let alone profit! We asked for our money back on the remaining stock but to no avail. We then engaged a lawyer and they gave us a small token payment with a promise for the rest to follow. We are still waiting for our money a year after we ordered the stock and we’re not talking pennies here!!! If you are still thinking of buying from these crooks do yourself a favour and set fire to your cash instead, it’ll be over quicker and less stressful in the long run!!!

I have bid many times and the whole experience from bidding, winning lots and receiving good is exceptional. Communication is key. 1st class all round

They sell goods that they don’t have and then hold onto your money.

If I could give this company minus points I would. The goods were ordered and paid in advance. Description stated available immediately and this is what was required. The good were not available and nor can the auction house say when they are whwn you are able to reach them. I am now starting legal action to recover funds and when reading google reviews it seems this is fairly common. Do no purchase form this auction house very unproffessional at the best.

This is a joke, not a great deals .real cheat. Do not waste your money and time.
Better buy outside with original price. They do auction without product availability.

How can you run a business without any customer service team at all

Rubbish service?took 10 months to get my item to me?

Ordered goods back in January 2022, the 2 most expensive items were missing. They then sent me inferior replacements, without any consultation, I sent the back. I have been trying to get my refund since. They acknowledged the refund was due and advised it could take up to 30 days to process,30 DAYS. The 30 day period finisnphed nearly 2 weeks ago, they have not responded to my emails and you can’t get through on the telephone

Great service especially from Lea pleasant helpful and will definitely be back, product as described and very cheap.

I purchased 3 items, paid for them, and postage within 24 hours, I didn't receive the items so I emailed, and the reply was we post out within 12 to 14 days, so after 3 weeks still no delivery, their supplier let them down. ( sold things they didn't have)
then I was told your refund will take 28 days.
i still have no refund
