The worst company I've ever worked with. I bought the goods twice and twice I had problems. The first time I bought toys I never received. I was refounded after more than 45 days of waiting. The second time I bought 53 lots, that is, over 300 products, and I received only 2 lots, that is, only 6 products. The same problem I got my money back after more than 60 days, after I filed a complaint with the competent authorities for fraud. This time I received less than I should. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Haddon & James are among the best of Auctioneers.
They sell only quality items that are new unused and have very accurate descriptions on their items.
I have used many auction houses online in the last 12 months and some others are either holding back on damage/defects or simply dishonest in what they show.
I never have any issues with purchases from Haddon & James and would recommend them to any prospective user of their auctions.

I’m a regular user of a number of auctions,some of which are reliable and effIcient and others not so. I’ve had a range of items from H&J and they’ve always been excellent at advising of successful bids and sorting out a timely delivery. The packaging is always secure.
I will have no issue continuing to purchase from them and I’m genuinely happy to recommend them to other users. Kelvin was recently in touch merely to ascertain I had no problems, which in my experience is a step beyond the usual.

I have been trying to contact via email and phone for over 2 months regarding an order I placed and paid for almost 11 months ago without any success whatever .

Milwaukee battery not working ,complained, got another battery sent to me
guess what not working either. gave up but quick response though, "thanks".lea

Appalling communication, still not received goods almost a year after paying for them at auction. Totally useless and unprofessional company. Now considering legal action, as I've been beyond patient with this company.
