A course that genuinely delivers — and people who truly care
I'm currently completing a dual Certificate IV in Mental Health and Alcohol & Other Drugs at Hader Institute, and I can't speak highly enough of the experience.
Kim Crescencio, Bernadette Lee, and Robyn Herbig deserve a special mention — three genuinely wonderful people who bring warmth, professionalism, and real dedication to everything they do. The support and guidance they provide goes above and beyond what you'd expect.
The course itself is excellent — well-structured, relevant, and engaging. The weekly online training sessions are a highlight, and the communication throughout has been clear, timely, and encouraging every step of the way.
If you're considering a pathway into community services or mental health support, I'd recommend Hader Institute without hesitation. A fantastic institution with fantastic people. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I enjoyed and learnt a lot with her way of teaching! I like the way she repeats everyone’s response and makes the words in a more understandable words/manner for me!
And before she starts a new topic she runs a quick summary of lessons from the previous topics! She never fails to ask the class if there’s any questions and get the class engaged in conversations! She’s full of positive praises and gratitude for everyone who responded to her questions and teachings. I don’t speak in the class for many are already engaged with the lessons, but I listen well and show my video as my sign of respect to her! Thank you Ritu!
