Very good service overall
The answer from customer servce via email was very fast. I had to return some products (I ordered the wrong ones) and this was not a problem, full and fast refund. And good prices for my products!

Customer Care saved the day
There were problems with the website (when I put in my address for shipping the website was saying that my address was wrong and didn't let me move forward unless I put it incomplete) -> my order was sent back to sender. But luckily the Customer Care didn't their job and I finally got my package. I give 4 stars now for the CC that actually solved my problem on the spot. But if next time I still can't put my address correctly, I will give up and find another website. I mean I don't have time to do this every time when I order. There are other websites that actually work. Products were good.

False advertising
They offer fast shipping. After 6 days no package no resolution nothing. They said they will send it again but not all the products since they are out of stock... Really bad customer service did not offer a compensation even though it was their mistake. I do not recommend this website

FAKE PUBLICITY AND WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!
Probably the worst customer service I've ever received. Liars who are only saving themselves so they don't have to take responsibility. I especially want to mention "Sam" (June 3) and "Cindy" (June 4). These two people should be in the theater, as they are perfect for diverting the show to wherever they want. False advertising. The banner says that if you pay before a "specific time" you will receive your order the next day. I've ordered three times from the website, and not a single day did it arrive the next day. Everyone had a problem with the delivery, and no one even offered a possible solution. Just automated responses without thinking about the customer. Very unprofessional, and you can tell they aren't happy working in customer service. P.S.: You can find a job you're truly passionate about! Don't work with people if you're not good at it!
