Misleading prices, tax added at checkout
The prices of the product are misleading. It looked alot cheap when compared to other website. When it placed the order VAT was added at the end. The prices mentioned are without taxes.
However, products were delivered on time but no gift was included .

Products is very good quality...love it! Although i didnt recieve my gift that was included in the purchase,and i cant seem to get any information about said gift either,bummer in that department,but the products itself is excellent...just dont expect a free gift...thats a lie...

I received the wrong products—their mistake caused me hassle…
I received the wrong products—mistakes happen, but the customer service process made it a quite a hassle. My email went unanswered, so I had to call two days later, send multiple photos, print a return label (after having to go to the shop to buy new ink), and then bike 15 minutes to a DHL point. A week later, I still don’t have the shampoo I ordered and had to buy another elsewhere. If a company makes a mistake, the burden shouldn’t fall on the customer.
