This is Not a Black Owned Business....This is someone scamming most likely from a different Country. I purchased from this business Jan 7, 2024. Nine days later I receive a tracking number. I immediately knew it was from China and there was going to be a problem, being they claim to be a Black Owned Business based out of Los Angeles according to the website page. I never clicked on the tracking # from any of the emails they would send. Instead, I tracked through a global tracking company and saw absolutely no movement on this order. Please take notice of their emails. The more they send the more errors they will contain, along with statements which make no sense. I googled the address on their website, and it comes up as an apartment complex in Los Angeles. Also, one video on the site shows a man holding up and entirely different brand of batana oil. If you paid for your purchase through PayPal, you should see in the Transactions who your payment went to. In my case it went to someone with a name of Youssef. I opened a claim It took 34 days from start to finish but I received a full refund. Be Persistent. This Scammer will ask you to contact your bank to drop Chargeback etc. Don't Do It. I would not click on any tracking numbers they send either. Use a global tracking company to such as aftership or 17TRACK. An L.A. based business should have no need for a Google Subscriber phone#. Has Scam written all over it. Tell your Family, Tell Your Friends. Purchase authentic Batana oil from Batana Babe, Sky Organics(Amazon) or Hotana

I placed an order for this product the first week of January 2025. Right away I received a confirmation number and "thank you for your purchase". All I received was offers to buy more of the same product for the same discount. I kept replying to these emails that I had not received the original purchase. Received a tracking email which leads nowhere but to a computer chat who eventually wanted to charge me $52 a month to join their complaint forum. It is now 03/03/25, no info on my order just more offers.

I placed an order on December 25, 2024 and have yet to receive it!!! I was sent an email telling me that my product was on the way and it has now been two months and still no product!!! This copy is a scam!

I ordered some products and never received them 5 weeks later they decide to send me more yet I still did not receive them. I asked for a refund as it’s been 8 weeks waiting but it was declined. No tracking on either order. Same excuse every time too. Never had such disgusting customer service

I ordered my oil in December 2024 and still have not received it. They keep sending emails stating they waiting for the carrier to pick it up. I believe it's a scam.

My experience is the same as the other customers. Service is HORRIBLE! I placed my order on January 2 and I'm still waiting for it to be delivered. When I reach out for an explanation, they send the same response each time and the link to track your package is a JOKE!!

I ordered this product on January 7th 2025, still have not received my order but they took my money $64.90!! YR691294419YP Supposedly my tracking number, there emails say the same thing over and over or if they even answer me! The tracking site says the same thing as day one. They stole my money and now the company doesn't answer my emails!! There is no number to call. This is why it's hard to trust people, when you get scammed, shame on you!!

I ordered on 1/06/2025. I didn't read the reviews before ordering. Shame on me. Trying to support Black businesses. Never again. No response to emails, tracking number doesn't work, customer service number goes to a pastor at a church. That is insane. Hope you enjoy stealing people's hard earned money. But your Time is coming. God will see to that.

It’s not racism, it’s bad business!

And people wonder why customers don’t want to deal with Black businesses when things like this happens…and I’m 100% Black and owner of my business since 2023.

I ordered this Hair Batana hair oil with 4 other products off of Tik Tok shop on Christmas as a treat for myself and received all the other products but this one. The phone numbers were to some female minister and the other to a Google subscriber who’s never available. The support email is NOT a hyperlink from the website and I received NO response to date.

So after 2 months I called my credit card to solicit a dispute and this is the main reason I do NOT market my business as a Black-owned business for situations just like this and why many Blacks do not fool with Black businesses due to these horrible examples.

Never receive my order since January 7,2025.scam

I'm not sure this is a legitimate company. I ordered the product on 12/31/2024 and never received it. The email address is no good. Don't order from this company.

I ordered this product early January and still have not received it. My emails are not going through as the address cannot been found. I have not recieved any updates. Do not use this company, save your money as I don't think they exists. This is what happens when you kindly support people like this. I will only be ordering from companies in the UK with immediate effect. I am 😠

I ordered from this site over 3 weeks ago and still have not received. If I knew upfront that they ship from China I would have NEVER ordered from them. Emails are not answered and most are kicked back. They state on their website that they ship within 6-8 days from USA through USPS - lies!! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE - VERY SHADY AND DECEPTIVE SELLING TACTICS!!!

I would give it 0 stars. I ordered this product on December 26, 2024. I still have not received the product. I have called and no one answered the phone. I sent emails no reply to my email. I did get an order confirmation number and the money was taken out of my account. I’ve contacted my credit card company and reported this as a scam. I wish I had read these reviews Before I ordered. Do not waste your money with this company!

Placed my order ( #23892)Dec 12,2024. It is now almost two months and I have not received my order. I’ve sent numerous emails and received no response. I’ve place a call to the agency (323-905-3840) and left a number of messages. I’ve even filled out there contact form a number of times…I have not rcvd a response or the ordered product!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!
