I ordered the Bataan product December 19, 2024 and received a email stating that it was being processed. On December 20, 2024. That was it. No more communication except trying to get you to buy more. I haven’t received product either. I do feel like I’ve been duked Again by these scammers. Where are the earnest companies out there. Lord have mercy. I wonder if we’ll be able to get a refund. I’m gonna contact my financial institution and let them know what’s going on, just in case other customer try to purchase this product and they can let them know it’s fake and a scam.

I actually rate my experience as Zero stars! This product was ordered; qty of 4 on November 30, 2024 and as of today 01/02/2025, I have not yet received it. It should have been delivered within 6-8 days. While reviewing initial reviews, they seem good. Now I see a huge difference with a different Google search. I have requested a refund; as I believed this product was from Honduras and NOT CHINA! I was scammed.

This is not the real Batana oil and it actually shipped from China by Honduras as states on the label and on their website. I put a test on the side of my edges and really regret it and will be taking water to watch it off as I have no idea what it is. I have requested a refund and if I do not receive it within a few days, I will be disputing with my bank. Here’s my email to them.

Please refund my money. This is not the real Batana oil and DID NOT come out of Honduras it came from Yanwhen (which is be Beijing, China). If you do not refund my payment within three days, I will dispute it with my bank.

I ordered this product over a month ago and I finally received it just two days ago only to be surprised by the contents of the package, the packaging was very good but the actual banana oil look and smells like some kind of makeup that a woman would use on her face, and it smells like make up as well. I am NOT going to risk using this product and I would NOT recommend anyone else to buy from this company.

BUYER BEWARE: Wish I would have checked the reviews on this company before ordering and loosing $35. I should have known something wasn't right when it said free shipping and then charged me. Said I would get order in 6-8 days. What a scam. To the scammer, God sees you!!!

I wish I could give a zero it’s a straight up scam!!!! They use other people videos don’t buy. They are coming from China

I wanted to give the company a zero rating. I ordered the product on 29.10.24. I got a confirmation email. I was supposed to receive the product within 6-8 days. Over a month later, it has not arrived. I complained and asked why I had not received the product and I received an email stating that it was coming from Honduras whereas the tracking information is stating that the product is being shipped from China.

Update 27.01.25 - Finally received the Batana Oil at the end of December. The main ingredient is Elaeis Guineensis Palm Oil. Just bought very expensive palm oil!!

Please stay away from this fake company
They are clearly taken advantage of people with false advertising

Purchased two jars of Batana hair product from this clown company it was advertised as Raw Batana oil so although it was expensive I was willing to pay for the raw product when it arrived it was a cheap highly processed product not as advertised I have been in communication with the sellers asking for a refund they have had me dancing around back and forward not addressing the issue and the latest excuse for refusing a refund is that I did not respond within 3 days I have asked for a copy of their policy which states this and that it should be available before any purchase is made and I am awaiting a response I refuse to let this go and will chase them until I get my refund. An obvious dishonest company do not purchase from them

Purchased October 17th to ship to Texas. Product is shipping from China and I have not seen any US Tracking to date. It's November 8th. This is an obvious scam. Their contact is a private phone number that goes to someone's residence, and their answering machine says they keep getting phone calls from a SCAM company. I will attempt to get my $30 back. DO NOT ORDER FROM HAIR BATANA!!!

I bought this item after I saw an ad on instagram professing to be 100% natural batana oil. It took over a month to receive what I ordered. Only to discover that the ingredients listed on the product clearly states palm oil not batana oil. They are misrepresenting their product and deceiving their customer base, I trusted their advertising only to be misled. I feel conned. The company should be reported to trading standards.

I thought I was ordering a little over 4 fl oz of BATANA oil (as pictured) but received a little over 3 fl oz of a PALM oil MASK mixture. ( I did not order a mask).I was told that the product was produced in the USA but the item I received says it was produced in China. The picture shows the item as a product of Hondura but no where is this indicated on the item I received ( probably because it’s not Batana oil). I was told that I was ordering batana oil but clearly this was not the case. I expressed my disappointment and dissatisfaction with the company but never received a response. Since this item was a sale item, per their refund policy it is not eligible for a refund. It never occurred to me that they would blatantly lie to me. In my opinion this company is not trust worthy. The item I saw pictured (Batana oil) was the item I thought I’d be receiving. I feel I was deliberately misled because I was baited with pictures of Batana oil but received
( switched ) palm oil mask instead.

Ordered 18 days ago and still haven't received this item. Tracking states the product is coming from China and not USA which is very misleading. Check reviews on the Shop app as they are not the same as their website reviews and had I seen the I wouldn't have purchased. Asked for refund and told as its been processed they will not refund. DO NOT BUY!
