I have been going to Jen for almost a year now and find her appointments super relaxing. As somebody new to hair extensions she was so helpful explaining and recommending the different types and did a great colour match!

I’ve been going to Jen for hair extensions for four years, and I genuinely can’t say enough good things about her work. Her attention to detail, precision, and consistency are truly unmatched. Every time I leave her chair, my hair looks flawless—natural, voluminous, and perfectly blended. She has an incredible eye for what suits each client and always delivers results that exceed my expectations. On top of her technical skills, Jen is warm, approachable, and makes the whole experience enjoyable. She’s an absolute expert in her field, and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair!

I’ve been getting extensions done by Jennifer for a while now, and she never misses! her install is absolutely flawless—so natural, lightweight, and seamless. Every time I leave her chair, I feel like a brand new woman. Jennifer is not only talented but also super sweet and professional.

Jennifer was very patient and informative with my vision, my natural hair was extremely short due to chemotherapy, she’s magic and I’ve walked away with my fresh 16ich weft and tapes feeling like I’ve got a little bit of the old me back!

Jen is so talented and such a lovely person she has given me the most beautiful hair, I went in for tape extensions the colour matching that she did was perfect and not forgetting Jens amazing curling. Had a lovely couple of hours chatting to Jen hilst she did my hair and left feeling like a movie star, would highly recommend xxx

Had my 20inch nanos fitted on the 1st of may had 3 different colours and due to my adhd brain 😂I was struggling to get used to the colour and lengh but Jenn had me back in shifted a few strands around and chopped into thr hair n I’m so happy now..thanks Jen

Got my 24inch nano extensions fitted today and absolutely love them. We went with 2 colours and she blended them amazingly. So happy with the results.

I recently attended a keratin bond training day with Jennifer and im so pleased I decided to book this training day! From start to finish it was the best day, super relaxed and learnt so much from colour matching to application placements to aftercare. Training was 10/10 and I’d happily travel over 3 hours to train with Jen again!

Even before arriving I completed the online theory training from the school of success. Everything on there was so easy to understand and you could compete in your own time. I can also go back whenever I want too if I want to refresh myself on anything.

All in all, brilliant course! Jen was amazing, such a good laugh too. Will defo be back to up my hair extension skills in the future.

Had a refit on my tapes today ,another lovley fitting ,my hair is growing and looking healthier and the tapes give me the thickness i love .

I’ve been seeing Jen for almost 5 years now every 8 weeks religiously for my refits and honestly couldn’t imagine life without her! She goes above and beyond for all her clients, new and old and her work is incredible. I have not once had any issues with my extensions, my hair has grown and got healthier and thicker and Jen colour matches perfectly everytime. I thoroughly enjoy my visits and look forward to them for our catch ups and truly see Jen as a friend after all these years, not just my extensionist. The loveliest, most professional and knowledgable lady who will make you super glam in one appointment!

Jen is incredible at her job !! But also a pleasure to go and see, I have complete faith and trust in her and her knowledge. She makes you feel so comfortable and beautiful before but especially after. There is no one else I would recommend.
