I wish I would have read the bad reviews prior to wasting my money. I purchased a set of heated ceramic rollers which were over £40, needless to say the rollers did not heat enough to actually curl my hair. The rollers created a slight curl which lasted for seconds. I contacted the seller and was advised that I could not return the item because it was opened and used, but how else would I have ascertained that the heated rollers were rubbish unless I opened them and used them? Oh well, I will never purchase anything from this company. I have wsated my money.

Fair price on their products but their delivery is awful!! If you want something next day delivery you can’t rely on this company… 5 working days later and still no delivery!!! I’ve had to cancel a client and go to the shop and buy a box colour for another client!! This is my 2nd time of slow delivery experience!! I’ve wrote 4 emails and only had 1 response!!! No apology just that the items left their building the next day!!! I won’t have a business left if I stay with this company!!

I would give zero stars if I could. Gave this company a chance after a negative experience first time round and experienced problems again. I paid for a next day delivery service that I didn’t receive the next day. When I took it up with the delivery company they said it was the sender who has to select the delivery and they had selected standard despite me paying full nect day delivery price. Just avoid this company. Not good customer service at all.
