3 months ago, two friends went to have a hair transplant, and we are both satisfied so far with the treatment and the organization of the logistics. I waited a bit to make the comment until I could confirm that I could recommend it. Thanks to the whole team. I will update my comment in a year when I see the final results, but for the moment everything is going very well.

L'année dernière, j'ai choisi cette clinique pour des implants dentaires. Avant mon départ, j'avais reçu un devis pour l'intégralité de l'opération. À mon arrivée, j'ai réglé la totalité du montant et subi la première intervention. Jusque-là, tout semblait normal. Cependant, lors de mon retour pour terminer le traitement, j'ai eu une mauvaise surprise : ils m'ont demandé de payer à nouveau la même somme que j'avais déjà payée.

Soyez vigilants et méfiez-vous des pratiques de cette clinique. Ne vous laissez pas piéger comme moi !

I want to share an important experience to warn you. Avoid this dental implant clinic in Istanbul at all costs. Here’s my story:

Last year, I chose this clinic for dental implants. Before my departure, I received a quote for the entire procedure. Upon arrival, I paid the full amount and underwent the first operation. Up to that point, everything seemed fine. However, when I returned to complete the treatment, I was shocked to find that they asked me to pay the same amount again.

Be cautious and beware of this clinic's practices. Don't fall into the same trap as I did!

I’ve got my second hair transplant done with Hair Expert, my first one was done through Hair Expert but it was done in clinic called “estethica” wwwestethica.co.uk, and not Hair Expert, I believe that time Hair Expert was just a agency who finds clinics for their clients, so the results with “estethica“ was good... but when I had my second hair transplant done and this time it solely done by Hair Expert clinic and not agency or third party was involved, so I thought it’s good not to have third party involved but I was wrong sometimes it’s better to have third party involved... so coming to the point My second Hair transplant has not been great... I would totally won’t recommend Hair Transplant... they didn’t cover my remaining bald area and told me if I want to fully cover it I will have to pay extra from taking more hair from my beard and I asked how many grafts will you take from my beard and they said around 50 to 60 and they were charging me €300 for that so I thought it’s not worth it and it was very little patch to cover so I refused... it’s been almost year now and my result is not good... also after surgery they never contacted me for review or how am I doing never asked for photos... never also gave me certificate... I would really won’t recommend this clinic for your hair transplant... possibly AVOID... trust me find other clinics who does better job.. here is one I am thinking to go for my last surgery... After I left this review, I was expecting them to contact me, they reply to this review asking for my details which I never sent but some how they got my details from their database and I received a call this morning and before I pick up they cut the phone... then they texted me and I asked them to call me but guy name “Even”, ( I don’t find this name legit) called me and had a chat about my review and why I left negative review... I explained everything and he said we can do some thing for you to make you happy and he requested me happy, now I asked what they can do and he said we can offer you next surgery free of charge, so no cost to at all, now I laughed because this is not any kind of product that you can replace it or exchange it, it’s bloody damn surgery, anyways, but down the line when I refused his offer than I realised that he was not really willing to offer me free surgery but he actually asked me to DELETE this review... so that he can make me delete this review and if I agree then never call me back for that free surgery offer that he was talking about it...

Honestly nothing sounded like satisfying to me doing business with them...

I might be the one leaving negative review but people who left good reviews I am sure they did It straight away after their surgery and didn’t wait for the result or their after care service...

Update: Hair Expert is trying all they can to remove my review by forcing me... but I will keep adding my review up again and again to make other people aware of their service...

took my friend there. good result.

I see lots of positive reviews here and I'm happy for those people who were satisfied, but in my case it's not the same.well the staff was very nice and very kind but that's secondary because we need the results that's what we're paying for and after more than a year I'm saying that I'm not really happy with the results i don't see anything improvement maybe some "minor".before the transplant they told me that the medication and aftercare stuff is all included in the package but in the end they charged me extra 50€ for that and told me that they changed the policy but i can still clearly see on the website it still says it's all free. Then they promised the next morning first wash will be done in the clinic but at the day they told me it's too early for it and they will not do it so it wasn't the best experience for me.

I am Vjaceslavs Kostins I am very pleased with the work of the whole team! Everything went very well. Absolutely everything that was promised to me was fulfilled. I also want to especially thank the person with whom I contacted from the first day, communicated throughout the whole time and received all the information I needed, this is EVEN! It will be a year soon since I went to the HAIR EXPERT ISTANBUL clinic and I couldn't be happier with the result. The unbeatable professionals of the center and Jesús, his very close and competent salesman. I recommend it one hundred percent.

Hande Is the best of the best. I recommend this clinic especially because of Hande. Fue treatment painless and recovers quickly.

nothing to say for the moment, as soon as I landed in istanbul there was a driver waiting for me and who dropped me off at the hotel after the next day I did the operation the clinic it is clean level hygiene nothing to say these people smiling and everything, I was in contact with (Even) he is very kind and he helped me a lot to take the plunge, i thank him so much , on the day, the doctor draws the frontal line and the assistants start the operation , no pain because I was under local anesthesia but it is a bit long. I highly recommend

My experience was very satisfying. Hande took care of me the whole time. the Fue surgery is absolutely painless. Fortunately, the results arrived earlier than expected. I write after 4 months and it is not yet complete but already excellent. I highly recommend it.

I have had hair transplanted 2 times with Hair Expert. The first time there was some problem due to lack of information but it has been corrected. The treatment is very professional and attentive. The facilities and the treatment is excellent.

I arrived last night for my second intervention, and all was great ! Today, Daisy picked me up from the hotel, and took really good care of me throught the day with everything that was needed and even more - thank you here as well ! Professional team, with super friendly staff and really organized. I totally recommend this clinic to anyone that wants this !

My experience with Hair Expert has been generally very positive, they are very professional and all times taking care of the patient, I thank Damaris and Jesús for their services and thank to the clinic for their professionalism.

I had my hair transplant surgery almost 5 months ago at this clinic. It went very well, the clinic is very clean and trustworthy! The nurses who did the transplant were very professional and everything was done under supervision of the doctor! They told me that the final result will take 8 months! But here I am after the fifth month and I’m very satisfied with the hair growth! Not to forget the great help and support of Dayssem (Daisy) during the whole day! She helped me with translation and made sure that I don’t need anything during the whole day. I already recommended the clinic to couple of friends and they will go there to have their transplant surgeries before end of this year!

There was the 600 Euro off Spring sale and so I decided realize the plan I've had for some time: I wanted to compensate the hair loss I recently had on my forehead
Emin who managed the whole thing did a great job! I could ask any question he came up with a reasonable answer. Everything was very well organized: pick up at the airport transfer nice hotel and most important hair transplant itself. I can't say it was a pleasurable experience but from the moment they started implanting the hair taken from the back of my head to my forehead I started Imagining the outcome and was very satisfied.

Despite little rocky start when my credit card payment didn’t go through, I had a good experience during my hair transplant process thanks to Daisy who was my point of contact and go to person during the process. Nurses were handled the job very well and Daisy was amazing in terms professionalism and tactfulness and made the whole experience go a lot smoother from start to finish.

I felt comfortable during my stay. Everything was clear and the work was perfectly done. Great team. Go ahead and don't hesitate.
