Good day,
I would like to share my experience working with Dr Arslan and Hairmedico.
After a few month of research and choosing the doctor, I were glad that I made the right choice. One of the points that I like, that when You are coming to clinique all attention are going to You. In other clinics what I personally don't like, that doctors have a lot of patients in a day.
I had a transplantation of 2600 grafts from the back to restore my front hairline. I'm totally satisfied with result.
In post operation period they give You clear instructions, medicine and shampoo for faster recovery and heal.
Also want to mention that communication with a team is very easy, because they speak fluent in English, French, Turkish, Russian and maybe more languages.
Everything passed smoothly and in time without any delays. Meeting and transfer from/to airport, very good and comfortable accommodation.
Thank You very much for the team and Dr Arslan personally! Everything was on the high level.

I’ve had a lot of thoughts before going through with the procedure. Dr. Arslan had one of the best reviews for my budget so I chose to put my trust in him and I didn’t regret it.
I took contact with the clinic through their website. Anais, Dr. Arslan’s assistant provided me with all the information before and during my stay in Istanbul. All the team members were very helpful and professional.
The procedure went very well thanks to Dr. Arslan’s expertise and care. It’s been 2 months and so far so good. My hair is following the standard steps it’s supposed to go through. I’m still in contact with Dr. Arslan’s assistant who’s continuously advising me and following my progress.

Dr Arslan and his team treated me like a VIP throughout my stay and during my operation!

The hotel they provided was excellent. There was other people who evidently had undergone operations so it didn’t feel too weird.

The administrator who organises everything Asma is very efficient and can answer any questions you may have, pre and post operation.

In terms of the operation day itself, we started early in the morning, I had about 5 members of staff looking after me so that was great. There was even some surgeons who were visiting from Luxembourg to view Dr Arslan’s work - he is famous apparently! So I was in good hands. Surgery took most of the day and was painless (you are under local anaesthetic) as possible.

The team speak french, English and Turkish (perhaps more) so it is easy to communicate.

Post operation they look after you and give you clear instructions as to what to do. They give you some pills for recovery and also some shampoo to help heal.

I am a few weeks following treatment and it is looking better than expected. I am sure the long term results will be great if the other reviews are anything to go by!

I choose to do a hair transplant with Doctor Arslan Musbeh because I expected him to perform most of the surgery himself, to be specialized in this type of surgery with a significant experience, and to work in a quality environment with a good team.

I overall had it and enjoyed a good experience. A few day after the intervention, I can picture that the final result will be as expected and that transplanted and donor zones are recovering normal.

About the experience:

Accommodation in a business hotel (corresponding to 4 star chains in mainland Europe). Transport from / to the clinic is done by a private driver and sometimes by members of the Doctors' team.

During pro-op consultation, the Doctor took his time, his team took pictures, he determined a number of implants to spare some of the donning zone for a potential later intervention. You can ask questions, he answers straight and without overselling results. At some point you are being shaved so the Doctor can draw lines to define the transplanted zones, which is the start of the intervention.

The Doctor is skilled, works quickly (which is a sign of quality and safety), and likes what he is doing. He is also attentive to pain during the intervention and will give you as much local anesthesia as you need. The medical team accompanying the doctor appeared skilled and were all nice and delicate.

The patient contact person is both helpfull and responsive. This does not stop after you leave Istanbul as she coordinates the communication with the Doctor after the intervention and keeps asking for news.

Premises are new and clean. It seems to be a shared space between esthetic surgery Doctors and their team. The operating room standard is what you would expect in Europe for a light day surgery such as this one.

I am extremely happy with my experience at Hair Medico. I made the decision to have a beard transplant and did a lot of research before making my decision. There were other less expensive options available, but I ultimately decided to go with this clinic because I very much appreciated the individualized care that they provide (they only see one patient at a time, which is not necessarily the case for other clinics).

I had concerns about traveling to Turkey because of the COVID pandemic but the team and Hair Medico was extremely helpful in providing me with information about the safety procedures: for their clinic, for the hotel accommodations they booked, and for international travel from the US.

They were extremely communicative before, during and after the procedure. The hotel accommodations included in their package was comfortable and close to the clinic. The team spent a lot of time "designing" the beard for my face which I appreciated. As someone of Asian heritage, I was concerned that the beard would look genuine and I was not disappointed (the team also explained that they had a lot experience dealing with different ethno-racial backgrounds, Asian, African, European etc.) While I had a team working on me, Dr. Arslan was there to do the most important and skillful parts of the operation and he frequently checked in to make sure that everything was proceeding smoothly. The procedure itself was a little painful but I communicated this to the team and they made sure to give me more anesthetic as needed.

I am writing this review four months after my transplant and I am very pleased with the results so far and the service I received.

Dr Arslan and his staff are spectacular. From the start, his English-speaking assistant, Asma, was very responsive, attentive, and professional. She went above and beyond to answer any questions or concerns I had during my clinic selection process. We had numerous conversations via telephone, WhatsApp, and even a video conference with Dr Arslan as per her suggestion. Asma was super helpful and always made herself readily available despite the time zone differences.

During the consultation and surgery, Dr Arslan's passion for his trade and care for his patients became very apparent. He was involved in every step of the procedure from line drawing to extraction to incision to implantation. While his staff, namely Serg and Anais, remained by my side to translate and reassure any uncertainty. The level of service was exceptional.

I'm very excited to see my results and hope to report back in 9 to 12 months with another raving review.

Horrendous experience with Dr Arslan. I highly do not recommend!! Im writing this review 9 months post op and I am very disappointed with my results, I will be looking for a new doctor to correct my now botched hairline thanks to Dr Arslan. I initially chose hairmedico after months of research to find the best clinic for me, I was also willing to pay more to ensure the best results as I was nervous to go through this process. After reading reviews for hairmedico and Dr Arslan I felt like he was the best choice as they were mostly all positive reviews. His assistant / translator was also very helpful and reassuring throughout the process.

However on the day of the surgery, she was not present, and I underwent what could only be described as the surgery from hell. Throughout the entire surgery I was in extreme pain, the doctor forgot to inform me that if you have acne scars the local anistetic to numb the pain might not work, it did not work! And I felt everything.

Dr Arslans assistants were extremely unprofessional and seemed completely unqualified for the job. I could hear them exclaiming sighs as they worked on the hairline, and it was clear that one assistant was teaching the other as they went along. Both looked very young, in their early twenties. As the surgery was taking place, not one person in the room spoke English and while I was in extreme agony they merely ignored my cries and just continued having conversions amongst themselves in Turkish. They also argued with each other while in conversation, and a few times throughout the surgery they would leave for small breaks. Even the doctor left the surgery room a few times while his rude and inexperienced assistants continued to work on my hairline. Leaving the surgery that night I was completely traumatized and I couldn’t believe that one of Dr Arslans assistants had the audacity to share a taxi with me, to which I had to pay the full fee. The transfer back to my hotel post op was not paid for, so I had to deal with an angry Turkish taxi driver while I went to leave my taxi.

It is now 9 months since I had the surgery and although Dr Arslans assured me that the surgery was 100% a success, I am extremely disappointed with the results. Less then 50% of the hair has grown and my hairline looks an absolute mess. I only needed a small amount of hair transplanted, 1800 in total at the front of my hairline was the number of hairs Dr Arslans said he planted. However I don’t believe even 800 hairs have grown through, the distance between each hair also makes my hairline look completely unnatural and a mess.

After sharing this feedback with Dr Arslans and his assistant Asma, they told me that they could correct this for a fee of €1150, to which they reduced to €800 after I exclaimed how ridiculous this was as I reminded them that originally they had guaranteed a 95% success and growth rate. There was zero after care or support after the surgery and Dr Arslans clearly does not care about his patients.

Experimented surgeon, trustworthy and reliable considering surgery follow-up. D15 after surgery I can see how great is the
Surgery he performed. I cannot wait to see the final result within 6-10 months.

I was in touch via What’s App with Asma for a year, I was given absolutely every single piece of information I needed . The communication was a very important part for me, It helped me feeling safe.

The day of the surgery I felt even safer in this warm and friendly environment.
I was sold when I realized that on top having lots of technical experience in HairTransplant, Dr Arslan had also that special artist eye for proportions and tasteful aesthetic, that is so rare.
We drew a couple of times my hair line together until I was thrilled and felt so lucky to be in such good hands.
The surgery wasn’t painful at all.
The post surgery was surprisingly with no pain, no headaches, no swelling, I was even able to visit Istanbul the next day.

I’m writing this review to share my experience at Hairmedico Clinic which was very good and went more than my expectation.
Few months ago, I contacted Asma, the assistant of Dr Arslan via WhatsApp. We scheduled a phone call. She explained me about the process of the FUE surgery and provided me all the information needed. After I sent the pictures required for the online consultation, I received the detailed assessment of Dr Arslan shortly. This is very important because some other clinics they took 7-10 days to rely to me. Asma was always ready to answer to my questions any time. She makes sure that the patient gets all the information about the FUE HT procedure. From the first contact I felt the professionalism of the clinic. I took time to search about the surgeon and all what I found was just positive. I decided to book my appointment with Dr Arslan and one of the main reasons was just he provides THE VIP package: The doctor will perform the extraction and the incision by himself. He takes just one patient per day for the VIP package. Comparing to other clinics, the surgeon just comes for the incision and leave. I wanted to get my procedure done by a specialist surgeon.

On my arrival day in Istanbul, Asma arranged the driver for me. He was there on time and he took me directly to the hotel. Short notice: The hotel is just amazing and the location is perfect. Asma was following me on phone all the time and I was really happy since it is my first time in Turkey and as I will have the surgery, I was very stressed. She made everything very smooth.

The surgery day: the driver came at 9:00 am then we went to the clinic. First, I met with Asma and Dr Arslan.
Dr Arslan is very professional. He analyzed my donor area and my baldness area. He informed me about the exact grafts number needed and how the extraction and the implantation will be achieved. he answered to all my questions. My consultation took 40 mins. Dr Arslan made a very good first impression. You can tell how he is very sensitive about his job. Great doctor.
They prepared me for the surgery. Dr Arslan did the anesthesia first. İt is painful 5 mins but supportable. Then he did the full extraction. I had a break after the first phase. I had my lunch. Then Dr Arslan made the incision by sapphire technique. Doctor was updating me during the surgery and Asma was following me up as well.
Then The assistants of Dr Arslan came for the implantation and Dr Arslan was supervising them until the end.
The surgery went very smooth and I was very happy and satisfied about the whole service.
Dr Arslan and his team are very gentle and professional. The clinic is very clean.

I came back to my hotel room. They provided me all the medication needed.
the next day I spent my day visiting Istanbul and enjoying the Turkish food. I had the dressing on my donor area. it wasn’t uncomfortable. No pain.
The last day, the driver came to pick me up and then we went to the clinic. I had my first wash and my first consultation post operation. Dr Arslan and Asma provided me all the instruction for the after care. Then I went to the airport. Back home.

It was a short description about my full experience at Hairmedico 4 days trip in Istanbul.
Now I’m at 9 months post operation. I can say already a big difference before after the hair transplant. No one from my friends notified that I had grafts extracted from my donor area. İt looks very natural and the density even at 9 months is more than my expectation. My hairline is very natural.
I’m looking for the final result. I know that it will be amazing result. I will share more pictures before after at 12 months stage so you guys you can see how a good job Dr Arslan did.

I would like to share my great experience with Dr Arslan & his team.
I got the hair transplantation early Nov 19.
I knew I was not an easy patient as my hair are very thin.
Despite that, the result is very good, natural on the given zone & on the receiving zone.
I got very positive comments from French doctors in France (dermatologist) being impressed by the result, particularly with such thin hair.
I definitely recommend Dr Arslan & his team.
They still continue to ask for news several months ago.

Hello I would like to inform you of my personal experience after having hesitated for a long time to proceed with a hair implant transplant I decided in December 2018 to do the operation. Following research on different forums I chose Hairmedico and Doctor Arslan. After a few months The results are spectacular and I am completely satisfied, I could not imagine such a success even my hairdresser in France was surprised to see no trace or scar. Perfect result plus the cost of the intervention very very reasonable. I thank Doctor Arslan and his entire team and highly recommend it.

I had a FUE transplant about one month ago and each day I am thankful for choosing the doctor Arslan Musbeh! Of course I cannot see the result yet but the experience has been amazing from the beginning to the end. I was really well taken care of during my stay. The surgery went very well. My case was not really easy, i had 2 FUT before, my donor area was limited, the doctor and his fantastic team have done a great job, I really recommend this professional doctor.

Je souhaite donner mon témoignage sur ma greffe de cheveux qui s’est déroulé il y a environ 1 an avec le Dr ARSLAN et l’équipe Hairmedico.
Après plusieurs mois de recherche sur le meilleur chirurgien d’implant capillaire en Turquie, Nous avons décidé avec mon ami de contacter plusieurs cliniques. Notre choix s’est porté sur le Dr ARSLAN car nous avons vu que c’était l’un des seuls médecins qui faisait lui-même les étapes les plus importantes de la greffe (incisions et surtout le prélèvement des greffons) et qu’il n’opérait pas 10 personnes par jour. Il y a aussi le fait que notre interlocuteur a su nous informer avec beaucoup de patience et sincérité sur cette opération et du résultat qu’on pouvait avoir Nous avions créé un groupe WhatsApp avec elle et l’avons bombarder de questions )

I would like to give my testimony on my hair transplant which took place about 1 year ago with Dr ARSLAN and the Hairmedico team.
After several months of research on the best hair implant surgeon in Turkey, We decided with my friend to contact several clinics. Our choice fell on Dr ARSLAN because we saw that he was one of the only doctors who did the most important steps of the transplant himself (incisions and especially the graft removal) and that he did not operate 10 people a day. There is also the fact that our interlocutor was able to inform us with a lot of patience and sincerity on this operation and the result that we could have. We had created a WhatsApp group with it and bombarded it with questions )
We really made the right choice because the result at 1 year is above our expectations . I wanted to thank the whole team who have been very professional from start to finish with regular follow-up until today.
