Je souhaite donner mon témoignage sur ma greffe de cheveux qui s’est déroulé il y a environ 1 an avec le Dr ARSLAN et l’équipe Hairmedico.
Après plusieurs mois de recherche sur le meilleur chirurgien d’implant capillaire en Turquie, Nous avons décidé avec mon ami de contacter plusieurs cliniques. Notre choix s’est porté sur le Dr ARSLAN car nous avons vu que c’était l’un des seuls médecins qui faisait lui-même les étapes les plus importantes de la greffe (incisions et surtout le prélèvement des greffons) et qu’il n’opérait pas 10 personnes par jour. Il y a aussi le fait que notre interlocuteur a su nous informer avec beaucoup de patience et sincérité sur cette opération et du résultat qu’on pouvait avoir Nous avions créé un groupe WhatsApp avec elle et l’avons bombarder de questions )
On a vraiment fait le bon choix car le résultat à 1 an est au-dessus de nos attentes . Je tenais à remercier toute l’équipe qui a été du début à la fin très professionnel avec un suivi régulier jusqu’à aujourd’hui.
Tout était parfait de l’organisation sur place jusqu’au résultat. Merci Dr ARSLAN et toute l’équipe pour ce beau travail. Nous le conseillons vraiment.

Good morning all,
I would like to give my testimony on my hair transplant which took place about 1 year ago with Dr ARSLAN and the Hairmedico team.
After several months of research on the best hair implant surgeon in Turkey, We decided with my friend to contact several clinics. Our choice fell on Dr ARSLAN because we saw that he was one of the only doctors who did the most important steps of the transplant himself (incisions and especially the graft removal) and that he did not operate 10 people a day. There is also the fact that our interlocutor was able to inform us with a lot of patience and sincerity on this operation and the result that we could have. We had created a WhatsApp group with it and bombarded it with questions )
We really made the right choice because the result at 1 year is above our expectations . I wanted to thank the whole team who have been very professional from start to finish with regular follow-up until today.
Everything was perfect from the organization on site to the result. Thank you Dr ARSLAN and the whole team for a great job. We really recommend it.

I had my hair transplant at Dr Arslan Clinic - hairmedico. Im at 12 months post op. Im very happy with my result.
After doing long research I decided to get the hair transplant by Dr Arslan because he takes care about all the surgical acts.
Im Norwood 3 and I had 2780 grafts implanted. Dr Arslan performed 70% pof the surgery. The hairline looks very natural.

Bad result + experience with HAIRMEDICO dr. Arslan Musbeh - FUE

First i would like to say that i have no bad intension with posting this article. I would just like to show my experience & result of my hair transplant. I hope i can help those who are still deciding whether to go through this procedure, which clinic/doctor to choose,…
Little bit about myself: 30y old, male, coming from EU. Dealing with hairloss for about 3 years now – on BIG 3. Healthy lifestyle.Right now i am 10 months after FUE – result haven't changed since i was at 7 months's mark so i think this is final result. As NW3 i wanted to restore temples and hairline.

About HAIRMEDICO - Istanbul: Reasons I decided to choose this ''clinic'':
- Doctor's 14 years experience (highly doubt this info which i found on their web page is realistic),
- They promise that doctor does all/most of the work (there were 2 techicians that did most of the work; one of them was a total beginner. Didn't even know how to wash my hair after procedure.),
- HAIR TRANSPLANT CENTER ( well at least they advertise it like that. In reality they just rent a room in some center where all other plastic surgeries are done),
- They estimated transplantation of around 2000-2500 grafts for reasonable price (they actually only transplanted around 800-1000 grafts),
- Higher class acomodation (when i already booked a flight they send me a message that this hotel is already ful. Then i got a cheap room in an old hotel).

I have to say i am very disappointed with that result and specialy with the service of this ''clinic''. Maybe a month ago i contacted them and sent photos but the contact person just said that she will inform doctor about it. I didn't get any reply from her.
I think it's pretty sad how some people treat their customers. It took me a lot of time to arange everything, i had to take 3 weeks off, spend a lot of money and time and now i can't get rid of this feeling of being totaly scamed/ripped off. Sadly i will have to give more money and ever worse – time to repair the damage this clinic has done to me.
Personaly i would not recommend this clinic/dr. to anyone. But once again i would like to emphasize that this is just my experience. And maybe my fault of choosing the ''wrong'' clinic.

It has been 10 months since my hair transplant surgery and the results are incredible and everyone that knows me (and doesn't know me) has noticed the transformation! Even my barber praised how the grafting from the back did not make the hair in the donor area thin or patchy.

I have to also thank Asma who managed the logistics including hotel and pick up arrangements which were very good and very smooth. The after care was also excellent from the next day when they removed my bandage onwards. They guided me through the transformation and Asma was great in translating and conveying my messages and pics to Dr Arslan who examined them and responded promptly.

If theres one small criticism was that I did feel a bit uncomfortable during the surgery bc the room was quite small and tight with me being a big guy.

I would like to thank Dr Arslan and his team for doing such a wonderful job. I will definitely recommend you surgery. Best wishes for 2020!!!

Really good experience with the Dc Aslan and his team. They really make me feel comfortable during these 3 days. I recomend dr Aslan for the hair transplantation.

Bad Praxis of ISHRS Doctor Arslan Musbeh

I had a surgery with Dr. ARSLAN MUSBEH, based in Istanbul 11 months ago. None of the 1600 grafts allegedly implanted in my crown area grew, from the other 1000 grafts transplanted on my front line only grew around 300 making it look really fake, and my existing healthy hair on my crown has been killed during the implants.
After 11 months the clinic blocked me on WhatsApp and I have no way to contact them. I have a guarantee and want it to be respected.
This is an ISHRS doctor and I need your help.

This is the email I sent to Hairmedico, Dr Arslan Musbeh company, which he never replied:

Dr. Arslan, you promised me that the implants would work and they never grew on my crown. The clinic kept saying me it will grow after month 6 first, then that it would grow by month 8, then month 10... And never grew. Please if you are a man of principles, respect my guarantee and offer me to redo the surgery at your expense and pay my flight one way at least, or return the money.

The case:

I had one technician doing the crown and a other one on my front. The technician doing my crown looked very nervous and new to the job. First he was learning from Dr. Arslan looking when he was removing my follicles from the donor area. And then he was trying to learn from the second technician when he was doing the implants. The difference between both was that the new technician was not fitting the follicles into the holes properly, he was very new, very nervous and was not pushing them into the holes like the other more experimented technician was doing.

As soon as the surgery ended I told to Dr. Arslan exactly what happened, and I also mentioned that I was not seeing as many implants on my crown as he promised. He said 1000 for the front and 1600 on the crown. He answered saying that everything was ok. Just to convince me and leave.

The next day I told the same to Asma by WhatsApp. All the conversation is attached, which can be used as evidence of the truth.

Asma again said that I shouldn't worry, and that's how they started hidding the truth: the technician didn't fit the follicles properly in the crown. 2 days after, the same technician washed my hair and that was when the follicles fall off my crown.

It's been 11 months now, my front line looks very fake as there is a lot of space between grafts, and obviously the hair of the crown never grew. I kept telling Asma this every single month and during all the conversation on WhatsApp she says that needs more time, although she refuses to show me photos of patients after month 10 as by now they should have started to grow.

I'm in contact with another patient from Dr. Arslan and his hair grew by month 6, like in almost every case.

All I'm asking is a fair solution. I have a guarantee and I believe Dr. Arslan is a man of principles and will offer to get my surgery redone and pay for my flight to come to his clinic in Istanbul or return my money and a compensation for all the follicles lost on the procedure.

Dr. ARSLAN's team was able to answer my questions by advising me with accuracy, listening to me during and follow up afterwards.
Even before arrival, from pick-up at the airport to departure, everything is done to provide the best care. Dr. ARSLAN's expertise for afro hair was a plus in my decision.
Several languages spoken fluently, including French by Dr. ARSLAN, and assistant gift Anaïs who follow us from taking information until after the return.

I had the FUE procedure 3 days ago at Hairmedico and I couldn't be more pleased with my choice. Dr. Arslan and his team are highly skilled professionals who are passionate about hair restoration and really care about their patients. They only take 1 or max. 2 patients a day, prioritizing qualitiy over quantity, which is precisely why I decided to choose them over the rest. And I wasn't mistaken, Dr. Arslan stayed with me during the whole procedure, carrying most if it himself, and being very attentive and caring at all times. His assistants were also very professional and kind, and helped me with anything I needed during my stay in Istanbul. Lastly, although it is too early to comment on the results since the implanted hair won't grow back in several months, I can say that I am very pleased with the work they've done on my hairline and density which looks really natural.

Horrendous experience with Dr Aslan. I highly do not recommend!! Im writing this review 9 months post op and I am very disappointed with my results, I will be looking for a new doctor to correct my now botched hairline thanks to Dr Aslan. I initially chose hairmedico after months of research to find the best clinic for me, I was also willing to pay more to ensure the best results as I was nervous to go through this process. After reading reviews for hairmedico and Dr Aslan I felt like he was the best choice as they were mostly all positive reviews. His assistant / translator was also very helpful and reassuring throughout the process.

However on the day of the surgery, she was not present, and I underwent what could only be described as the surgery from hell. Throughout the entire surgery I was in extreme pain, the doctor forgot to inform me that if you have acne scars the local anistetic to numb the pain might not work, it did not work! And I felt everything.

Dr Aslans assistants were extremely unprofessional and seemed completely unqualified for the job. I could hear them exclaiming sighs as they worked on the hairline, and it was clear that one assistant was teaching the other as they went along. Both looked very young, in their early twenties and one assistant seemed very nervous. As the surgery was taking place, not one person in the room spoke English, and although I was in extreme agony they merely ignored my cries and just continued having conversions amongst themselves in Turkish. They also argued with each other while in conversation, and a few times throughout the surgery they would leave for small breaks. Even the doctor left the surgery room a few times while his rude and inexperienced assistants continued to work on my hairline. Leaving the surgery that night I was completely traumatized and I couldn’t believe that one of Dr Aslans assistants had the audacity to share a taxi with me, to which I had to pay the full fee. The transfer back to my hotel post op was not paid for, so I had to deal with an angry Turkish taxi driver while I went to leave my taxi.

It is now 9 months since I had the surgery and although Dr Aslan assured me that the surgery was 100% a success, I am extremely disappointed with the results. Less then 50% of the hair has grown and my hairline looks an absolute mess. I only needed a small amount of hair transplanted, 1800 in total at the front of my hairline. However I don’t believe there is even 800 hairs grown through, the distance between each hair also makes my hairline look completely unnatural and a mess.

After sharing this feedback with Dr Aslan and his assistant Asma, they told me that they could correct this for a fee of €1150, to which they reduced to €800 after I exclaimed how ridiculous this was as I reminded them that originally they had guaranteed a 95% success and growth rate. There was zero after care or support after the surgery and Dr Aslan clearly does not care about his patients.

NOW I know why Dr. Arslan Musbeh is so highly rated for FUE Hair Transplantatiom and Hair Restoration - as THE best in Istanbul.

I’m African-American, so from the start that makes selecting a Surgeon who’s experienced with curly hair roots of utmost importance and thus narrows the options.

I had my first (of 2 stages) FUE HT at another institution in Istanbul, and although I’m please to have hair in zones 1 and 2 - versus being bald, I was disappointed to learn that too much hair was extracted from the sides and back during the first procedure. Again, this was due to my hair type and exaggerated abilities from the facility, as well as reduced costs.

Therefore I contacted Dr. Musbeh as he’s simply rated as THE best for FUE HT and hair restoration.

After back-and-forth communication with his lovely Coordinator & Assistant Asma, I scheduled my consultation and subsequent surgery.

Dr. Musbeh performed the entire surgery himself with an assistant as needed, as opposed to my first procedure which was done by one of the Technician while the Doctor oversaw multiple cases occurring simultaneously.

Dr. Musbeh creatively extracted hair from above and below the ‘usual’ side donor site, as well as from under my chin - to fill my crown area (zone 3).

On day 1 post-surgery my bandages were removed. Yesterday was only day 2 post-surgery and i has my first hair wash in Dr. Musbeh’s office. Btw: their hospitality is as good as it gets, AND Dr. Musbeh is an avid music lover!! I’m healing quite well, and I’m looking forward to the results in months to come.

Based on my experience, the reviews rating Dr. Musbeh so highly are more than accurate.
He’a a fine Doctor/Surgeon, and also a great man with a very warm and welcoming office.
I HIGHLY recommend him for FUE hair transplants and restoration.

He is very rude. The team is good at first before operation and everything but after the operation there is no cooperation at all.
It was a waste of time and money and I am not getting the result promised.

From the beginning to the very end full professionalism. Asma, the clinic's representative and the doctor's translator answered patiently all my questions. During the four months before the surgery she dispelled all my doubts and was a big support. You can contact her anytime on whatsApp, she replies very quickly. Dr. Arsan is a nice person, he has the right approach to the patient, you can feel that he cares about the wellbeing of his patients and that he knows what he is doing. He also doesnt bend the rules and is quite firm but that is all for your good. Only one patient is operated daily and he keeps control over everything. He performed all the most important stages of the operation himself, and gave the rest to the trained team, which he constantly supervised. At the beginning it is very difficult to choose a clinic in Turkey as there are so many of them. Not all of the are good. Dr Arsan is recommended by ISHRS and mainly thanks to this I made my choise. The surgery itself was painless. the only pain I felt was during anesthesia, literally a few minutes. After the treatment, be prepared for a light headache and general weakness. It is goood to come with someone who can support you. Aftre a few nights the neck might also hurt from the uncomfortable position in which you need to sleep, but it is a very low price for getting your hair back. I had 4,000 grafts transplanted, whole the baldness was covered and the procedure lasted 7 hours. The price included one PRP session and two washes. They also changed the dressings twice. Medications and transfers were all inclucuded in the price and I did not have to worry about anything. It is worth coming to Turkey for more than 3 days and to do one more PRP which will speed up the healing process which I did as by doctors advice. Generally speaking, I am very pleased. I can honestly recommend Dr. Arsan's clinic to everyone, and I cant thank him and his team enough. Now I just need to wait for the results which I am sure will be fantastic. Radek UK / PL

This hair transplant do not accept patients who are HIV + and healthy and undetectable Competent doctors use what's called "universal precautions" which call for protection of oneself while giving medical care regardless of the HIV status or whether the patient has hepatitis or not . *** My response to the owner**** Owner response is false. There is plenty of research buy doctors world wide to refute what the clinic is saying just google for yourself, and check with the Turkish Helth Minister. In the US EU it’s against the law to discriminate without first checking each individual personal health Also even if your not HIV + and or HIV - you should BEWARE of a clinic that don’t practice universal precautions ( that means they don’t throw away some of the equipment they reuse it) Some people are HIV + and it doesn’t show up on blood test all the time.
