Was contact about them giving me my…

Was contact about them giving me my money back so they asked me to change my rating as it was low and they would give me my money back so I did that this was a few months ago and guess what guys never paid back the money very dodgie site BE WARE

Scam be aware

Scam be aware! This company based in Cyprus is a complete scam. I missed the warning message from my bank and lost hundreds of euro. Be aware!

Not a bad company

Not a bad company really, and, after a few problems in the beginning, and it seeming like I was getting nowhere I received an email from Anne in the escalation department and she is arranging a refund for me. She has been very helpful and hopefully my refund will be in my account very soon.

SCAM

I have subscribed by mistake and sent 4 emails to cancel the subscription. Never got any reply. I will have to seek legal advice, and I would NOT recommend this firm.

We have cancelled the subscription and…


We have cancelled the subscription and as a goodwill gesture we are pleased to refund you the Membership fees of €27.48 (562.33 ZAR). We hope this demonstrates our commitment to your satisfaction and our desire to make things right for you. We will be processing the refund promptly, and you can expect to see the funds returned to your original payment method - your card (2524) within 5-7 business days.
I am extremely amazed and satisfied with the above reply as I was not interested in the subscription that was offered. I can unfortunately not give you an accurate date regarding the incident.

Customer service

The customer service wrote an email stating that they’re following up the recent issue that I escalated to their team. As mentioned in their email they’re willing to refund the membership fee costing around $20 as they sign of Goodwill to the customers. I see that they are eager to fulfill a good customer, relation and service as part of their goal to provide excellent product and service.
