Not a bad company really, and, after a few problems in the beginning, and it seeming like I was getting nowhere I received an email from Anne in the escalation department and she is arranging a refund for me. She has been very helpful and hopefully my refund will be in my account very soon.

The customer service wrote an email stating that they’re following up the recent issue that I escalated to their team. As mentioned in their email they’re willing to refund the membership fee costing around $20 as they sign of Goodwill to the customers. I see that they are eager to fulfill a good customer, relation and service as part of their goal to provide excellent product and service.
