The level of service cannot be matched.
We were transferred from airport to apartment promptly without having to wait.
Apartment is spacious and clean and about 13 minute walk from the clinic.
The translator is amazing - she helps you every step of the way.
The doctor is amazing too - very professional and is willing to answer any questions thrown your way. She is also very patient as I struggle to sit still for long.
I would definitely recommend.

Just recieved my hair transplant and cant speak highly enough of the hair palace clinic.
From the first consultation to the actual procedure I was very impressed with the staff and facilities.
I was picked up from the airport and taken to a great apartment which is 10 minutes walk to the clinic and close to local shops etc. The staff were all very professional, welcoming and everything was explained clearly which made me feel at ease.
I highly recommend getting treatment here and thanks again to the hair palace team for making me feel so comfortable. Also the service is provided at an affordable price.

Just returned back from my 2nd HT with HairPalace and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The results from my first HT were amazing, so I decided that I wanted to do it again to fully complete my hair restoration.

The clinic now has its own apartment which is lovely and only 10 walk to the clinic. It's clean, modern, air con, with all appliances and even a balcony.

The procedure was carried out in the usual professional manner as with my previous HT. Now I'm waiting for my results to come through in 3-4 months, so can't wait to see new growth.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this clinic to anyone looking to improve the density of their hair.

Save yourself thousands of £££ and avoid rip-off UK-based hair clinics and fly to Budapest. Keep up the good work and maybe see you for a 3rd HT in a few years.

I am a 30 year old male who chose Hair Palace for a ~4000 hair FUE procedure. Hair Palace in Budapest had fantastic reviews and during the consultation, I was very impressed by the facility and the professional attitude and knowledge of the staff.

I just finished my procedure today. It started at 7:45am and ended around 3:45pm. The procedure involved a surgeon, two assistants, and an interpreter. The procedure went as smoothly as I could have hoped - it was easy, staff was very helpful, amenities were great, and the surgery itself was relatively painless.

For the procedure, I wholeheartedly recommend Hair Palace. I could not have asked for any more.

The results take 3 months to start showing and 6-12 months to see full effects. Hair Palace schedules regular consultations to check progress of the after care. I have not had any follow ups yet (they start one week after the surgery), but I expect that they will be fantastic and helpful. I will post another review after the post op period and after the results begin to show!

Overall, for anyone that wants to dial back the clock and restore receding hair, I give Hair Palace in Budapest my highest recommendation.

Very unprofessional. After they asked me to confirm my initial appointment twice I took time off work, and was made to wait 20 min. No explanation or apology was given, the receptionist called them twice and told them I was in a rush, and eventually I had to leave without having the consultation. No communication from them afterwards to apologise.

From getting picked up at the airport, to simply getting a blood test and then the procedure I was dealt with in a professional manner! English interpreter was first class made me feel comfortable. Walked me through everything I needed and wanted to know. Doctor was gentle and relaxed which builds your confidence!! Apartment was 5star in cleanliness and close to the clinic. Highly recommendable for anyone in doubt.

I am 5 days post-surgery at Hair Palace. I was treated by Dr. Sandor Tar and his able team - the guy is a legend - performing the 2 day surgery which was painless. I slept, for the majority of the 2 days, being awoken gently to ask if I was okay!

The clinic clearly prides itself on its professionalism as well as the skill of the team. I would wholeheartedly recommend to anybody considering.

I am just hoping that I can book in for the crown procedure before another year is out!!

Great staff, very knowledgeable and great service and of course a very good price. I really was hesitant with doing an operation like this abroad in a country I've never visited, but everything turned out great, including the results! My result was 6300 hairs implanted in the frontal zone out of 1800 grafts. The appartment was great as well,
air-conditioning and all of the amenities are included to get a good rest after the procedures. Thanks so much to the Hairpalace team for everything.

I was researching a lot to find a better and reliable place to do my hair transplantation and I finally found Hair Palace clinic which according to my experience is the best, affordable and reliable hair transplantation clinic in Europe, where I on the 19th of July did my hair transplantation and I have recieved 6180 hairs (2350 grafts).
I would just say that it is an amazing place. The place is very clean, and the staff are very friendly and professional, and they made everything perfect and convenient for me. Everything was well planned, and I got every bit of information regarding my travel and hair transplantation. The accommodation which was provided to me was very clean and located in the center of Budapest. I am so glad that I chose this clinic for my hair transplantation and I am also planning to come back next summer to get the next phase of my hair transplantation done, where I will get hair transplantation in the occipital region of my head. So, I would without doubt give them 5 out of 5 stars and I will give my second review after I get the result of my hair transplantation.

I'm just 4 weeks post op. I could go on and on as all of the other reviews, about the level of care, cleanliness and the utmost in professional standards but I won't, as it's all true.

I'm a sceptic. As with most people, I did a lot of research on procedures, warranties, value for money, location etc. The most important aspect was this part i.e. reading real customer reviews. I can confirm that this company offer the best of everything. Don't doubt, don't research any further and as the Nike advert says "Just Do It". You will not be disappointed. You will not get a better service at a better price.

Everything was perfect the transfer from the airport to the apartment was smooth. The apartment was very clean modern and comfortable. The girls at the clinic where really nice and very professional and made me feel at ease all through the intervention. Special thanks to Dr katalin sereny and her team and also to my translator maya who was brilliant and explained everything to me very clearly. I only just had my operation so I haven't seen the results of the intervention but it definitely felt like I was in safe hands and I couldn't have been treated any better. I definitely recommend the clinic to anyone thinking of having their operation here.

First op completed. Tomorrow next 3000 Marianna and Surgeon Erika were very friendly. The whole team are very professional and I felt like I was in safe hands. Looking forward to the results in 6 months but so far Im very happy I chose this advanced method Fue2 Safe in Budapest than the cheaper FUT method in Turkey that looks dated and less effective. Uk prices extortionate but these prices considering the whole package seems reasonable.

Hair Palace is absolutely first class with all of the things the clinic has to offer,great transfers from airport to apartment and back,very good quality food given to you in the clinic and medication pack.
Apartment is very clean,private and of very good quality.I highly recommend what the package has to offer.
Translation was also provided to a very good standard and Mia did a very good job and was very hospitable and professional throughout the whole time spent inside the clinic.

Writing after my SECOND trip to hair palace Budapest. First trip 3k hairs 2nd trip 5k hairs.

1) The consultation in central london was honest, practical and professional, it’s in a quiet hidden away office opposite Euston station.
2) the general communication between patient and this company is some of the best customer service I have ever had.
3) the treatment itself: the only pain you will ever feel is the anaesthetic injection, it’s the same as going to the dentist. There is ample time to speak to the doctor and consult about your desired results. After a Xanax pill you’ll be nodding off in the operating chair to the quiet hum of the machine that takes the grafts. You CAN feel them being yanked out of your head which is a bit of an odd experience but pain free.
4) the aftercare: with regular contact and easy access to speak to the doctor whenever you have any worries or queries during recovery you will feel supported and cared for. To be honest it’s VERY straightforward.
5) the apartment in Budapest- it’s really nice, though of course you will have to make your own meals. The Lurdy shopping mall is 5 mins walk out the door and will sort you out for the 3-4 days you’re in the city and can’t leave the apartment. One improvement they could make is supply some maps to the city, also most of the instructions left in the flat were in french so I had to translate them to understand anything. The Lurdy centre has seen better days, but you could always take a cab ride to Aldi!
6) airport transfers are exactly what you need, the chap who runs them is lovely.

THE RESULTS: It will most likely change your confidence, and way you see yourself. Life changing.

Recovery was fast, as a tv actor in the public eye I was concerned about looking like a scabby freak for weeks, but within a fortnight I was back to work.

I have recommended this place to a few friends and honestly everything about the experience is outstanding.

Ask any questions you have!

From the initial telephone calls, queries and emails to the procedure itself; everything went to plan and was much better than I expected!
I stayed in a lovely modern place only ten minutes walk from HairPalace’s excellent facilities; only five minutes away there is a big shopping centre so everything you could need is close to hand.
In short; I would thoroughly recommend HairPalace and would say that it’s much better than the equivalent in the UK (I won’t mention the company) which I experienced 18 months prior to this trip to Budapest. I was made to feel very relaxed and welcomed at all times.
My journey in more detail; I got picked up from the airport and taken to my apartment.
The following morning I was picked up by the same lovely driver who took me for the blood tests and waited for me patiently outside; then on the way back he dropped me outside the nearby shopping centre.
My second day there was the first day of the operation, I had 7,181 hair moved in total so needed to stay for four nights; on the first day we managed to transplant 3,333 hairs, the second day we moved 3,848.
During the operation itself, I was offered to pick from a large array of films to watch although I fell asleep for a good hour during the procedure as I was so relaxed. :)
During the two lunch breaks I was offered a comprehensive selection of food, on both days the food was absolutely delicious and as good as any quality restaurant.
The third and forth days with the lift back to the airport went as clockwork; everything was on time and punctual, way easier there than in the UK.
I’ll be going back there next year for my third and hopefully final hair transplant, I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else now as the experience was so good, way better than the UK equivalent and about half the price for twice as many hairs!
All the staff and doctors were excellent too, they answered all my questions in perfect English and again, were more friendly than my previous UK experience, you couldn’t ask for anymore!
My advice; don’t be put off that it’s in another country, honestly it’s a much better experience in Hungary compared to the UK in every respect.

Now the review...

To put it short (and please take my word on it). They sorted everything, they met me at the airport and brought me to their apartments, then next morning brought me to the blood test and dropped me home.

They called me all the time checking up on me to see if I was happy and comfortable. The Apartment was amazing with shops 5 mins away and a supermarket 10 mins away (walk).

The Clinic is a 7min walk and outside the clinic is the tram to the city (5 stops).

Inside the clinic was so clean and professional. They give you a menu for your food and a choice of movies to watch during the surgery. The food is unbelievable, tastes so good.

Surgery was amazing no pain, I even fell asleep through it (they don't give you sleeping pills) I just felt so comfortable I dozed off.

When it was time to go home they took me to the airport.

All in all (I know it wasn't a short review), All in all I highly HIGHLY recommend you get your implants from Hair Palace. They still check up on me.

From the initial contact with HairPalace until the present day (4 weeks post op), the communication always has been swift, clear and informative. I had my consultation on-line, sent my photos to the clinic, and the doctor made her pre-evaluation. Once I arrived at the clinic on the first morning, she did a new evaluation together with the "translater". All very professional and in a nice atmosphere.
Before I went to Budapest I did all the blood work/check at my MD, and sent the results to HairPalace.
We were met at the airport (I brought my wife) by an English speaking driver, who took us to a nice and quite new apartment, only 12-15 min walking to the clinic, or a few stops with tram number 2. There is a nice burger restaurant just around the corner from the apartment, and a big shopping center 5 min walk away...
Back to the surgery and the preparations....After the signing of paperwork and payment, I was given some tablets (relaxing, antibiotics and "anti-bleeding"), and then taken photos of. (Before pictures...) Then the haircut, back to the doctor, and she draw up lines for the implant areas. Everything went swift and all comfortable. You have the clinic to yourself and the 4 people assisting with your surgery ( doctor, 2 assistents and the translater/organizer)
The surgery started, laying on my stomach, so the doctor could harvest hair from my back. The ONLY "pain" I felt during my 2 days of school, was the few first minutes when receiving the anesthetic injections. It felt something like being stung by a wosp, by it past within 2 minutes. The rest I could not feel at all, no pain at all! She harvested until lunch time (12-1230)(started around 0830 am), I had 30 min very nice lunch, and back to surgery. Now sitting, and the doctor started implanting on my forehead. Same procedure, I was given anesthetic, and felt nothing afterwards. Watching sports on TV (a lot of channels!!), until the first days surgery ended around 17:00.
I was given some tablets to take, a bandage on the back of my head, and left together with my wife, who came to "pick me up". I had no pain or discomfort, walked back to the apartment, had a quick shower (NOT the head!!) , and went to that burger restaurant for a dinner.
I slept ok, ok because you have to sleep a little elevated and on your back...., but apart from that NO pain or discomfort, I was pleasantly surprised!!
I had a quick breakfast and walked to the clinic. The surgery started almost immediately, around 0800, and followed the same routine. All went well, no discomfort, the staff VERY nice, sweet, helpful and professional!
Left the clinic around 1730, after a conversation with the doctor and the translater/organizer about post op procedure, and again went for dinner with my wife.
The following morning we were picked up by a driver who took us to the airport.
The ONLY thing I have experienced after the surgery was a little swelling on my forehead and down to my nose/eyes. It came about 2-3 days after the surgery, and lasted about 2 days. Apart from that, no pain or discomfort, just a slight itch from time to time, but the spraying of sterile water every hour helps.
Now it's been 1 month, and my life is back to normal, and have been for more than 3 weeks (apart from the things that you can't do the first 3 weeks, sports etc...)
I can highly recommend HairPalace if you are considering a hair transplant! Don't worry about pain, because it's not painfully. They are very professional, and you will be surprised how fast after the surgery you feel "normal" again, and returning to your daily stuff.
