Just had my transplante and am happy with my choice in HairPalace.

It all started with a video whatsapp call with a Hairplace clinic Coordinator and a Doctor to explain the procedure and answer all the queries I had. After the call I decided to go with Hairpalace In Budapeste (and I had a few countries to decide from).

I arrived in Budapeste and had a driver waiting for me. The apartments are modern and have everything you need and if you come a few days early you can enjoy the city and Spas.

The clinic is clean and staff was friendly. The assistant spoke clear English and helped me all day to make sure I had anything I needed. The Doctor was amazing and could see that was quite experienced! I cant wait for the results.

For years I've been thinking about a hair transplant but been talking myself out of it. As a lot of people seem to do, I researched about going to Turkey to get it done but instead came across Hair Palace. I'm certainly glad that I did as the whole team were fantastic throughout the whole process. The initial consultation was extremely useful and informative. They told you every detail about the procedure while answering my many questions!!

In advance of the procedure date, they also made sure that every detail was taken care of. This included the organisation of Blood tests, airport transfers and Covid tests etc. I was extremely impressed with their organisation and communications.

The other huge benefit of choosing Hairpalace is that you get to visit the beautiful city of Budapest. Whilst Hair Palace isn't located right in the centre of Budapest, the whole city is very easy to get around with Bolt taxis easily available. We went out to Budapest a few days in advance and I would thoroughly recommend this for anyone who is nervous about the procedure. Getting comfortable with navigating around the city certainly helps with your confidence. The apartment that they provide is very comfortable and there is a SPAR shop 2 minutes away for getting in groceries.

With regards to the procedure day itself, it is certainly a long day. I personally had 5000 hairs transplanted and therefore I was there from 8 in the morning until 7 at night. Whilst it is a long day, you are given breaks in the day and they provide a great lunch. Vegetarian options are available at lunch and there was a great choice.

The most impressive thing for me was the attention to detail of the Doctor and the support of your handler. Despite being there from 8am to 7pm on a Friday, you could hear and see the care that the doctor & team were taking. They all seemed very commited to giving you the very best result possible and this is the key thing for me. They all ensure that you get the desired look and provide really useful opinions throughout the whole day. Whilst there was naturally the odd painful moment (mainly injections), this certainly wasn't unbearable pain. I would say you feel uncomfortable for about 30 mins in total throughout the whole day but it certainly isn't overly painful. I came out of HairPalace feeling extremely satisfied.

It has now been 2 weeks since my procedure and my hair is already looking "normal." I already feel comfortable about going out and it would be hard to notice that I recently had a hair transplant. Since the procedure Hair Palace have been informative about the after care. Being honest, it is a little bit of an inconvenience to sleep on a u shaped pillow but apart from that it is easy!! Most of the key measures only last 1-2 weeks and then you only need to take a small amount of precautions (little exercise, no hats etc)

I would like to thank the whole Hairpalace team from Ditta to the Doctors. I really hope that all these reviews encourage people to go with HairPalace as they really are passionate about getting you the best possible results. It is well worth a trip and I certainly have zero regrets!

Just finished my procedure and wow, what an amazing experience. I was nervous going in initially- it’s a big decision to do this: but after going into the building I knew I was in good hands. My coordinator/ English translator was amazing and walked me through every step. The doctor was dialed in and everything went very good. I’m stoked on how it turned out and really looking forward to see how it grows in. I highly recommend hair palace.

Fantastic service from start to finish from the whole team. All my questions where answered quickly and efficiently and any fears I had about the trip, the procedure where put to rest.

I travelled to Hair Palace after many months of hesitation about whether to undergo a hair transplant. I cannot recommend their service enough. From beginning to end, they were fantastic. At no point did I ever feel as if the process was difficult or confusing. The only thing I wish is that I'd undergone the process sooner!

One of my main concerns before travelling to Budapest was that I might arrive at the clinic and it would be different from my expectations - not professional, or as if the procedure might not be good quality etc - I am glad to say that this concern was COMPLETELY unfounded. Everybody at the clinic was extremely helpful and professional, I was provided with my own interpreter in case there were any language barriers (which there weren't, as the surgeon also spoke excellent English), and my procedure involved several very professional staff members all working together (i.e. it wasn't just one person doing the work in a rush etc).

The whole procedure was very smooth and straightforward, and everything was explained to me at each stage. And the lunch provided was actually the best food I ate on the entire trip!

I am now one week post-surgery, and everything seems to be going to plan. Even when I had a question about the implanted hairs, the clinic went above and beyond and provided me with all the information required and details taken during the surgery to answer the question fully.

I will look to provide a further review in the coming months when the hairs have fallen out, and then grown back in, so people can see the results. But until then, if anybody is hesitating about whether to undergo a hair transplant, I would encourage you to take the leap, and undergo the procedure with Hair Palace. You will not find a better clinic!

I decided to have a hair transplant for reasons of self confidence and just to feel better about myself. Other people have Botox, and I don't know what else, so I thought I'd have something that I felt I wanted. I researched online and this company seemed to consistently receive great reviews. I looked at alot of them before deciding. I had my consultation online and was told I could have the maximum number of hairs transplanted. Great!! We discussed the various zones that can receive a hair transplant and, what I needed. I opted for the back rather than the front, which is usually done first, I understand. That wasn't a problem. I got to the hotel and it was great. It was a nice hotel with very friendly staff. Everyone was polite and helpful. I mention that for anyone wondering what the hotel is actually like. It's great, in my view.

I got my blood test done the following day which was very punctual and very quick. The results came back and the following day, the transplant procedure took place. The staff at the clinic are just fabulous. I can't thank them enough for their care, professionalism and reassurance. There a little form filling out to do which is straightforward. I did have to address the issue of having the back of my head treated rather than the front. I don't know what went adrift there but it was sorted quickly.

The procedure itself was ok. The toughest part is the having the local anaesthetic administered. There's no getting away from some discomfort but, the doctor did everything to make it as comfortable as possible. There were multiple injections and they come one on top of the other. It's just how it is because of the area needing to be numbed. I got through it and it was alright. We stopped for lunch which was provided for me. I selected what I wanted from a menu during the form filling and preparation stage on arrival at the clinic. By the time we stopped for lunch, the hairs for transplant had been removed and the very crown of my head done. This was so that in the afternoon session, I could sit up for the remaining procedure rather than be lying down, as I had been in the morning. I was given a list of films to choose one from that I'd like to watch. I watched one film and got some way through the next and the procedure was done.

I'd describe it as an excellent experience from the perspective of the doctors and staff making the whole procedure and experience as good as it can be. I can't thank them enough for their care, attitude and desire serve their customers as well as is possible.

So, after the procedure.... I found this quite stressful because I wanted to do everything required to ensure the best chance of the surgery being successful. All I can say is, FOLLOW THE ADVICE. It isn't easy because you fret about lying down or knocking your head or whatever. I found massaging the scalp, with the aim of removing the "crusts", stressful. I did the best I could whilst following the rules. Everything seems ok and I'm hoping for a good outcome.

Some advice ... If you're flying, pick any seat you like for the outbound flight but on the return, try and get an aisle seat. It is stressful trying to get past people and into a window seat where there is reduced headroom while not trying to bang your head. I managed it but it just isn't the best experience. I can't comment on what the overall success of the operation is because it's only been a month. So far, I'm assure that things are as expected so I'm hoping it all works out. I hope to be able to confirm that later.

I would highly recommend The Hair Palace. If you want a hair transplant, go for it and in my experience, let this company do it for you.

I was really happy with my whole experience with Hairpalace. I was nervous in advance and had a lot of questions but Ditta who was coordinating my treatment was super responsive and answered everything very quickly. The accommodation provided was very comfortable and in a safe area and building, and although a short tram ride from the centre of the city, didn't feel far away and I would be happy to stay there again. The treatment process was very smooth (the doctor was Dr Kitti Kovacs) and everything was explained at all times what was happening and how long each step would take. I felt very reassured during the process. They even offered to let me look through the microscope to see the extracted hairs before reimplanting them which was interesting! It has only been a couple of days since my treatment so results will take a while to see but I am already thinking about going back next year for a second treatment which I guess is the best recommendation I can give!

I am writing this 2 days after my procedure. Outstanding from start to finish. You are truly taken care of and do not have to worry about anything. Professional & extremely friendly from start to finish. They are in constant contact with you. The clinic is clean & the staff are amazing. I can not wait to see the results.

Wow!! Just wow. Everything from the correspondence in the booking and build up to the treatment. The extra mile HairPalace went to make sure everything was in place in these difficult times for travelling. Greeted at airport, driven to apartment which was modern, clean and ideally located. A short walk to the clinic. The clinic itself it’s immaculate, right on the River Danube and the staff were out of this world. My surgeon and his team waited on my every request, talked me through the procedure, we’re thorough in explaining what would happen during the course of the day and feed me a wonderful little lunch. It was a long day endured by everyone but it went brilliantly. The advice and after care points are explained clearly with handouts so they give you all the info and know how of what to do next. I was then picked up the following day and driven back to airport having had a PCR test, again organised by HairPalace. What a place. What a setup. Literally improving lives. Nothing but positivity bout the place.
