HairPalace Hair Transplant Clinic Reviews 

I have been deciding for a while which clinic to have my procedure done with and when I had the consultation with HairPalace, I immediately knew they were the right choice for me. The level of professionalism and service was excellent throughout my experience.
The coordinators, Janos and Ditta handled everything for the travel arrangements (with respect to COVID checks/forms etc) very well and made sure I was informed of the full itinerary.
When I arrived in Budapest, the accommodation was clean and spacious and about 10min in a taxi from the city centre. The clinic was easy to find with the information I was given previously and it was modern and very clean.
On the day of my procedure, I met with my doctor who explained in detail the procedure and the medication I would need throughout (anti-bleeding, antibiotic and pain killers). I had my own room for the day where I stored my belongings and had my very nice lunch which was also provided by the team.
The procedure itself was mostly painless, the only part that was uncomfortable was the anaesthetic injections but only for a few seconds. There is a vast choice of movies and Netflix to watch during the implantation. Once the procedure was completed, I was given full instructions (both verbal and printed) of the aftercare including post-op medication.
The only item which didn't go as planned was that I requested an apartment with two single beds and was given a double. However, there was a sofa bed so this was not too much of a problem just a small oversight.

Overall, I felt relaxed from the very beginning and look forward to seeing my results as I only had the procedure two days ago (17/9/21). I would definitely recommend HairPalace to anyone that is considering this procedure and wants hassle free end-to-end service. Thank you HairPalace!

I cannot recommend hair palace enough. I searched for many clinics and in many countries but the reviews for Hair Palace were outstanding and all from real clients which made me decide I needed to talk to them. From the online consultation with Dr Kitti and Janos my coordinator I have been able to contact Janos anytime I needed to ask question and always had a quick and accurate response.
I left the luggage area from Budapest Airport and was immediately met by Attila my driver. He is a great representative for the company and great to have someone as knowledgeable about the city and the HairPalace processes. He also drove me to the clinic for the blood test and we had a great discussion about Hungary. I recommend getting the blood test and laying the slight amount for it as I got to spend the entire day after visiting a lot of attractions in the city.
The apartment is second to none. It has everything you could need for the stay. It even has a washing machine. Nice touch. I was delighted to see the Air-conditioning unit as I was a little worried about being too warm. But being from Ireland I brought the bad weather with me.
On my first day at the clinic I was greeted by Bibor my interpreter and she looked after me for everything. She brought me to meet Dr Kitti in person and we had a meeting about the processes and she re assured me that my blood test was OK and that once we got the paperwork done we would get the process underway.
After the paperwork I got my photos taken and a haircut all good there to move to the extraction.
Dr Kitti was great that she explained everything to me again before she did anything and everything was fully explained and clear which was very reassuring. The extraction was unbelievable easy and I was so relaxed a may have had a little snooze. It does take a while but Dr Kitti was always making sure I was OK and if I needed anything I only had to ask and it was there in minutes.
After the extraction I was given lunch and it was excellent. I would recommend the goulash. In fact I am going to have it again tomorrow.
The next step with Dr Kitti was to decide on the hair line and the start the implantation. I was expecting it to take some time but she had drawn a hairline that was faultless and explained how we were going to achieve it in the 2 sessions. Amazing. The implantation itself took 3 hours which did go by very quick. I was able to watch Netflix or pick a movie to watch and I picked The Witcher which Bibor told me was filmed in Budapest. I have yet to see the episode where her husband is in yet but will see it on the second session.
After the first session Dr Kitti and Bibor went through all the aftercare details I needed for my evening and I went back to the apartment to admire the new restored Hairline that I have received. Excellent work to all the team. Thank you all.

Amazing service, all inclusive with airport transfers, to accommodation, and the translator and professional medical service provided. Lunch provided too. Plenty of advice was offered and aftercare tips provided. Would definitely recommend.

just got my third hair transplant done this week at hairpalace with a total of 18,000 hairs done and just like the first 2 had no problems with it pain free and an other get experience this year i decided to get the blood test done in budapest i was in and out within 5 minutes and got to spend the rest of the day going around the beauitful city. hairpalace provides a nice clean apartment with all your needs in it and not to far for the clinic. the clinic itself is so up to date and very clean all the staff speak very good english so there is no problem with communication the procedure is pain free and the clinic provides a good list of movies to watch while it is going on i was that comfortable that i even fell asleep they also have a very nice list of food for lunch. i would highly recommend a visit to anyone thinking about getting a hair transplant done as i can not fault them one bit. i would like to thank all the doctors and staff at hairpalace for the great job they have done for me over the last 3 years they really dont know how much they have changed my life i would like to wish hairpalace all the best in the future and success with there business as they do an excellent job in all they do so once again thank you to all the staff for there help.

Great and suberb job with 5000 implantations, later was told I can have an extra 500 for 250 euros, and even did an extra 150 or so after for free. Well worth the money and the administration was very nice and accommodating and professional to the last cent. First batch of hairs are very strong and even grew and healed faster than expected.

I'm after my first surgery day I have amazing experience. My surgeon and my coordinator are very patient and helpful, they explained everything during the process. Nice and clean place, experienced and really helpful kind staff.
Can't wait for the results.

Staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. The Dr walked me through the procedure and was realistic with expectations. I had previously had a procedure in Turkey 2 years ago, I wish I had come here first.

The donor area incisions are very small compared to the ones received in Turkey and the whole area looks clean, tidy and nor red and sore like I experienced before. They also have netflix! I could relax and take my mind off the procedure.

I am a returning customer. 1st FUE hair surgery done in 2019 by HairPalace, decided to do the second one in Turkey (which was a huge mistake - they lie and use nurses instead of actual surgeons). Used HairPalace for the 3rd and final round of transplant.
HairPalace is great right from the initial contact, to the instructions provided to the actual surgery. My Surgeon- Dr Erika is the best! Very patient and explains the whole process throughout.
The staff who support the patients are brilliant too. Accommodation and transport is all taken care of. You just need to download Wolt (Uber Eats equivalent app) and order your food during your stay. After care and their guarantee is also assuring of their great service.
Overall stress free and smooth experience. Highly recommend this clinic.

When I decided to have FUE hair treatment I searched the internet for reviews of the various clinics around Europe, I selected Hair Palace because of the amount of five star reviews and the obvious genuine gratitude the reviewers had for the success of their procedures and the professionalism of the whole experience. My experience was just like theirs from initial enquiry to online consultation, collection from the airport, accommodation, treatment and the lovely staff it was five star and more. I have no hesitation in recommending Hair Palace you wont be disappointed.

Great service and medical staff were very helpful throughout the process. Despite the pandemic, the advice on entering locally was done efficiently with no problems. On the day of the procedure, the quality of care and service was seamless. The accommodation provided had excellent facilities, situated nearby a shopping mall. Will recommend

My experience on the first day is super good. All the staffs were so kind and provide each and every details, starting from procedure to medicines. They were checking out how am I feeling or doing good or not. After first day surgery, they provide information about what the next step will be. Am looking forward to the next day procedure.

I just have my implants done so I cannot talk about results yet. My HT with Hair Palace was undertaken about 16 months ago, in August 2019. I decided to write a review now, as I wanted to share both the HT and post surgery experience.

The client service from Hair Palace is exceptional. My case manager was readily available, responding quickly to any queries or requests. There was clear and lengthy communication about airport transport, accommodation, surgery schedule, medication and post surgery care. The communication from the case manager continued post surgery, at regular intervals throughout the next 12 months. This was a regular check on hair progress at various stages. This was reassuring and comforting for a first time patient and visitor to Hungary.

I can support wholeheartedly, the numerous comments about the cleanliness of the accommodation, superior service at the clinic and 2 days of surgery treatment.

Most comments regard the trip to Budapest, the surgery and immediate post care. I will go further and verify about the hair transformation.

I had 6200 hairs transplanted to frontal scalp area, Zone 1. The density of my hair had extraordinary growth over 12 months, after first 4 months of surgery recovery. The final result goes above and beyond of what I thought it would look. The hair looks natural, feels stronger and the hairline is well defined. My confidence has been regained and Im thrilled with the end result.

I would recommend the Hair Palace, without a doubt. I cant emphasize enough, how the post surgery care is JUST AS IMPORTANT. Please stick to Hair Palace's post surgery schedule of hair treatment plan/recovery- including hair wash, avoidance of exercise, sun exposure, break before resuming work etc. This is just as vitally important.

My final 2 cents of advice: The surgery is only half the battle, be patient with the post surgery care and stick rigidly to the treatment plan given. Short term pain, for long term gain! Thank you so much, Hair Palace!

My experience at HairPalace was great, and I always felt good and looked after. I was very nervous on the first day but after meeting Dr. Kitti I immediately felt at ease and reassured that everything will be good and I will be in the best hands.
