The implantation took place at the end of 2020, thanks to the whole team, organization, professional teamwork characterized both days (it flew quickly, was painless), special thanks to the Doctor (Erika), the contact Mariann and the assistants, could not have been created with their precise, quick help. I recommend everyone (absolutely awesome) to start Rock'n'Roll ....

It's been more than a year and a half since I had my hair transplant with this clinic ( i had it on July 19) and I am writing my review only now because I was told that to see the final result I had to wait 12/18 months after the operation takes place. I can definitely say that I am thoroughly satisfied with the result achieved. The hair are fairly dense and though they are not as dense as they were when I had them all they are as good as they can get with a transplant. It took me several months to decide in which country and what clinic have my hair transplant and in hindsight I am glad I have chosen this one which had very good reviews with reasonable price. The people working there - from the receptionist to the doctor - were really good at taking care of me. They also answered any query I had in a matter of days ( 1 or 2 max) and consider this to be very important especially after the operation as most of the question may raise in the following 1/2 months with all the changes that may happen. I was happy with the service they provide in Budapest, I was picked up by their driver ( and took back to the airport) on the day of my arrival and dropped at one of their apartments which happen to be just 10 minutes away from the clinic. The apartment was of a perfect size for two people and a very clean one, besides the meals they provided me with at the clinic in the two days i was there were tasty and of good quality. I can't really find them a fault and if one day I decide to have a second operation I would surely chose them without a doubt. I take this opportunity to say a big thank you to all of the people of hair palace who took care of me, you were great!! :-)

I returned to the Hair Palace last week for a second and final hair transplant to complete the crown area, having already been two years ago for the front area. Coming back 2.5 years later was like coming 'home'. The very same level of excellence from start to finish. The staff are so nice it was almost sad to say goodbye and arranged all the customs paperwork for travelling during the pandemic for medical purposes. The accommodation is lovely too. Modern luxury and a few minutes walk from 'The Palace' itself. The food on the surgery days is top notch. The staff can't do enough for you and as for the final results..... changed my life!!!

Just back to the UK. Wonderful experience from start to finish. Met at airport when landed, accommodation with views of the Danube. Clinic was 5 mins walk from hotel and was beautiful spacious and spotlessly clean and modern. Everyone friendly and professional Marianna was a wonderful interpreter (not that this was really needed as Dr Kaitlan Serney spoke and understood English. I had a previous FUE transplant in UK and decided to go to Hair Palace on the recommendation of a friend after seeing his results after a year. For me the whole experience was enjoyable and smooth, with first class level of quality and service.

In December 2019 I came to Hairpalace for the first time to get the front of my hair filled, 6000 hairs. Everything was well organised, straight forward and pain free. I could not fault the clinic, staff and surgeon Attila. Over the first month or so the implanted hair fell out and by July had grown back. I think well over 80% grew and I am happy with the result. I came back this week to get the middle of my head filled, 4000 hairs. Despite the pandemic Hairpalace arranged necessary letters and permissions to enter Hungary for the surgery. This time I stayed in one of their apartments, which was clean and comfortable, and just a 10 minute walk to the clinic. Again, Attila was my surgeon and I was looked after well by him, Barbie and all the other staff.

I had been thinking about having a hair transplant for years, then it got to the point that I either needed to shave it off or finally get it done. I had researched the UK option quite a bit and had consultations, but it always felt like it was ‘car salesman’ pitch for high priced offering but with not enough grafts to do an effective job. I had read that Budapest was becoming a hotspot for hair transplants and I came across HairPalace by a friends recommendation. Knowing somebody that had been through the processes who was willing to share his experience really gave me the confidence to go for it! My first consultation was in the UK and I then had my first surgery 18 months ago, which successfully restored my hairline. I have just completed my second surgery and hope to get the same results as the first!

The HP service is excellent:
- Very friendly, helpful and honest with great communication throughout. Their approach really does make it easy for you.
- Relaxed sales approach - no pushy sales technics like in the UK.
- Janos who co-ordinated my second treatment was amazing, great communication and I was nervous travelling during the pandemic and getting through the boarder, but Janos arranged everything to ensure it was a smooth process. He even found me alternative flights when my initial flights were cancelled!
- Very nice accommodation provided which is close to the clinic, transfers to and from the airport all pre arranged with the driver providing the keys and showing you to the apartment
- The clinic is very nice, clean and comfortable and the HP staff make you feel very welcome and relaxed - to the extent that I have fallen asleep in each of my surgeries!
- I couldn’t believe how painless the first surgery was. The surgeons are very attentive and when I did get some minor soreness on the second surgery they were quick to provide additional painkillers to ensure I was comfortable.
- Excellent lunch provided on surgery days and entertainment for during the surgery - extensive options for both

My second trip to HairPalace in to fill the back part of my head after a successful transplant to the front two years ago. I was worried about travelling due to The pandemic but everything was taken care of by the clinic. Excellent customer service and the medical staff are amazing.

Very professional staff, the surgery was absolutely painless and their organization was very attentive and hassle free.

To say I'm happy with my hair transplant is an understatement. I'm absolutely over the moon with it. It looks fantastic and has boosted my confidence to another level. I had great results from about 3 months in and then it just kept getting better and better. This place does it the right way and is nothing like Turkey where a friend of mine went to have his done. His looks good but it doesn't come anywhere close to mine & I've had friends secretly tell me that they can sort of tell that he has had the procedure where as they are non the wiser with mine and mine looks natural compared to his. He was also having his done in a room with another 7 people with technicians doing the whole procedure where as I was on my own with my own professional surgeon with technicians at hand to help. Mine was done over 2 days so the hair folicals are not left out in the open for long before being transplanted where his was done in a day and his aftercare was nonexistent where as this company checks regularly to make sure everything is going to plan.
It took me a long time to decide who to do my HT, like 5 years of research & scouring through reviews and I just kept coming back to the HairPalace and I'm so glad I did cos it was the best decision I've made.
So to conclude, if your looking to have a HT and you want it doing correctly with great results then the HairPalace is the place you need to choose for your procedure.
So from my consultation in Manchester, England to flying out to Budapest, having the procedure then seeing the results I can honestly say I wouldn't go anywhere else for a HT. If in the future I feel I need a top up I will definitely be using the HairPalace. AAA+ from start to finish.

When searching for a suitable surgery to have my hair transplant I had struggled to avoid the many shifty sales people that were coming my way, offering £2-5k discounts within seconds of meeting me. This gave me such a low amount of confidence with the procedures they were offering.

As soon as I met the team at HairPalace I could see that they not only had confidence with themselves and the procedure but with the price they were offering as well, which was a vast improvement on the prices I received in the UK I might add even when including flights/ transfers and accommodation.

I knew that these were the right people to conduct the surgery and I wasn't wrong. From the initial consultation to the aftercare spanning 12months after the transplant, I am unbelievably happy with my hair and I am so glad that I had the surgery done at HairPalace. HairPalace is a professional hair transplant clinic. The staff is informative, supportive and helpful in general. The entire procedure was well explained and everything ran smoothly. I have researched quite a few hair transplant clinics in surrounding countries and the entire package from HairPalace seemed the best for me.

I’m sure like many before me, i thought about this and whether I should go to hairpalace or not... worry about the flight, the foreign country and the worry that they would do a good job. Im so glad I chose them. I can honestly say they were so professional, organised and lovely people. Clinic was excellent and doctor, interpreter, assistants and everybody were brilliant. Everything explained and organised. It’s obviously too early to see the final the result...I’ll have to wait for that and I’ll feedback on here but I’m very pleased with the initial result. I can’t recommend them enough!

I had a previous implant surgery years before. I was planning a second round and I had 3 consultation at different clinic. I chose HairPalace because they showed the most patience, they were the most helpful and used more professional tools and gave the most info from the 3 meetings. And they had the best price also.
After the surgery I have to admit I never really give maximum points but today I've got a service I rarely get. There was no pain, no waiting, no info I wanted and did not get, only kind, patiente and attentive attitute and professionalism. I am grateful.

Everything happened as promised!

I had a really bad experience a few years ago. The surgeons were young females, seemingly inexperienced and they done a poor transplant, implanting the hairs in the wrong direction and the transplant was a very poor quality one. They didn't implant the hairs in the right places and I lost many of the grafts. They didn't offer me any fix under their guarantee (which is very limited) and they were extremely unhelpful. I would strongly advise you to use somewhere better than this shady outfit.
