Had my appointment cancelled couple of hours before it, supposedly due to the fire alarm going of... Fine, that's understandable. But then noone bothered to contact me for the appointment to be rearranged. Poor customer service. Booked somewhere else.

Amazing Service from Shazia at the Birmingham Banch Jewellery Quarter. She is just fabulous. The customer service is top notch from her. Shazia on every visit has made me feel very comfortable and has listened to my concerns. She has vast knowledge on skin types and hair growth.
