I have to give Hairstory 5 stars (6 if it was possible) they have amazing costumer service both when I had a problem with my bottle and now when my hair started to behave weird. They recommended that I should use Deep clean instead of the regular since I have hard water!

I received a shampoo pouch that had a hole poked into it and it was leaking shampoo. I emailed customer service and received a reply instantly. I was asked to send a picture which I did. They determined that it was in fact leaking and are sending me a replacement. Michelle was so nice and helpful. Great customer service!

I have tried so many top quality hair products and always come back to this one. I really feel that for older women it is such a great product. The company are very efficient and respond immediately to any questions or queries.

I recently made a purchase and did not receive the bonus washes that were supposed to come with my order. I reached out to Hairstory customer service and they rectified it immediately. Such great products and top tier customer service. So very pleased. Highly recommend Hairstory .

I love my Hairstory (have been using for ~5 years) and mistakenly ordered some products that I meant to order in the official "sets" on the website. I emailed customer support and Laurence was so helpful in rectifying the situation: while they could not cancel the order, they made sure to refund me the difference that it would have been had I ordered the sets!

I inadvertently "subscribed" to monthly deliveries of Hairstory, but I wanted only to order when needed, The staff took care to undo my selection and send the one HairStory I had intended to order. All is well and I shall use it forever as I see a major difference in my hair over the two years I have used HairStory. Wonderful product, not harsh and drying. So good to find a product that works!

Always makes things right

The product itself has been a game changer for me. I am allergic to detergent agents and suffered with itchy scalp and psoriasis for many years. My hair and scalp are healthy and at 68 years old my friends all ask what I do to keep my hair so shiny. They are shocked when I tell them I don't use shampoo with detergent.
On a few occaisions I have needed customer service for product information or an order issue and they have responded promptly and resolved my issue. A real person not just a "we are sorry to hear that" response. Clearly they care about their customers.

OK Hairstory...you got me. I wanted to hate New Wash because it's so expensive. But this is one of those products that is absolutely worth the $$$. My hair has never been this soft or smooth, and it just FEELS healthier, all of which truly makes a difference in how I feel about myself. So for me I am paying for more than just a hair product. Two things I keep telling myself when I look at my credit card bill: I am saving a little money in the long run because I'm washing my hair less and it's slightly cheaper with my subscription.

The customer service was very helpful when my packaging arrived damaged! They replaced it for me and I would order again without worries :)

Love New Wash so much. My hair is visibly different softer after using it. I was so surprised that one product could do the job of both shampoo and conditioner. My absolute favorite new go to!!
