DO NOT buy hair from here I had the hair in for 9 days in total and you couldn’t even run a brush through it luckily I specialise in hair Extentions and no exactly how hair should be. And this hair had to be the worst I’ve ever bought. I’ve used many suppliers and only ever once had one bad batch of hair for one of my customers and they was great. But this company are terrible. Ask to send the hair back said they tested it which they attached photos of the hair wet and cut down. They even went on my social media and told me they could see I had curled it !! (Which wasn’t even there hair in my head) it had been taken out !!! Asked for me to take photos of the products I used on my hair. Was just being hard work and basically trying to make out it was me not treating the hair correctly. I’m never one to complain ever ! So the way they have been was so wierd!! So grateful you can do a bank claim back as they was Definitely doing everything to avoid a refund before I even sent the hair back. And luckily because I could see their customer service was like this I knew they would come back saying again the hair was fine. And guess what they did. So highly recommend not buying and if you do have a problem do a bank claim back and they’ll do everything to not refund you.

Hairs cheap terrible will never use them again.

Unsure how to reply to there reply but to add just to let everyone no the one pack is barely enough for myself as my hair is so thick !!! I’ve had 300 grams typically fitted in my hair so that was actually less and never once with previous hair had any sort of problem with tangling in my life so the part where there saying to much was applied hence why it tangled is laughable.

Just honestly don’t waste your time on hair off them as you can see they think it’s ok after 9 days for the hair to be as bad as it was. And I would have never got the refund … luckily bank helped

Absolutely disappointed with my tape in hair extensions. i washed them once and can not believe the state of them, matted and unmanageable. I use hair extension shampoo and conditioner like i alway's have for 5 years. I was told after i complained that its Chinese remy hair and it is on the website which i didnt see. The hair is not remy, mine certainly wasn't. The complaints system is dragged out and long. I haven't received a refund. Do not buy these spend your hard earned money elsewhere. Only gave 1 star to leave a review 👎👎👎👎👎 before you say you can't find my order here it is Order #419304

I never leave reviews but I’d thought I’d share my experience with you all.

Delivery was such a smooth process and arrived within a few days.

I ordered the 18” nail-tip bonds and the colour match was perfect first time.

I found with the right aftercare the hair can last longer than the advertised 2-3 months.

Customer service team were very helpful and assisted me with all my questions.

Absolutely horrific quality , I had them in for 3 weeks and they feel like horse hair and just Matt, I wasted £170 to now having to rebuy new extensions when I should not have to. Told me to follow advice , I am a fully trained stylist I did everything I should to ensure the quality of these extensions and when I emailed them they was not useful nor helpful at all , I will NOT be using these ever again save your money and get some more expensive ones , no where near worth it. It is false advertising
I find it funny how they have handled it very immature, i went away in the UK not abroad so it could not have messed the hair up , I wash them in salon professional products , my salon also uses these extensions and was appalled with how they turned out after 3 weeks , I purchased them while I was having a break from extensions and had them fitted round my birthday for wales , so I don’t appreciate the (rude) petty reply back . They lasted 3 weeks and they won’t admit how crap they are.

Very impressed 💕 I purchased the hair extension haircare kit and it is amazing value for the money considering what hair salons charge. My old extensions feel fabulous, shiny, soft and best of all no more tangling. Would 100% recommend to anyone who wears hair extensions and even without.

Awful goes frizzy and dry within weeks

Previously ordered from here and left a bad review as the hair was awful, however, placed an order recently along with their aftercare kit to try again but they’ve cancelled my order. Safe to say they don’t like bad reviews!

I’m very pleased with this product. The pieces seem good quality, very sturdy and easy to apply. Other sets I have purchased have a problem with the paint coming off the clips, but these are fine. For the price that I paid I wasn’t expecting too much, but honestly they are decent value for the price.

I totally ruined my old extensions whilst on holiday, so I ordered some clipins from Hairxtensions and they arrived at my hotel in Gran Canaria within 4 days! Absolute lifesaver! My first order with this company and I will definitely be using for my next set too, love the quality! Thank you

I’ve used hairxtensions’ vibrant range a few times now and have been very happy with the hair I’ve fitted, each of those times. I’m aware that the hair only lasts for around 3 months with the correct aftercare, so I of course ensure that my clients are aware of this also.

Shipping has always been prompt, questions always answered in good time and prices are what I would expect to pay for the quality of hair I’m getting. So I would recommend hairxtensions if you’re wanting a to offer an affordable range to your clients on a budget.

Purchased your replacement tape tabs, these are amazing, they keep your hair extensions holding strong for a long time and don’t fall out easily, would highly recommend this product and will definitely purchase them again for future applications.
