Used to thoroughly recommend Haix for the comfort and quality of their boots. Spent a small fortune over the years. I then had one pair of boots that failed through general use within 6 months, nothing more heavy duty than I’d put previous pairs through and the customer service team simply didn’t give a care in the world. This is how they treat a loyal customer.
I have since posted my experience to landscaping forums with members in excess of 500k, so the loss will be far greater for them than me! Shame on you.

Even if i do not make use of the discount voucher you still deserve a good review from me.. your boots have changed my life and are not only great but last for many years if maintained, cleaned and polished. I have even had two friends buy multipke pairs of foot wear from you too as of my recomendation to them and they are over the moon too.. thank you.

I have bought several Haix boots over the last 8 years, they are very good! Comfortable from the first tread, no breaking in required. Well built and outlast every other make of boot I have ever owned. I work hard and work my boots hard, Haix are the only ones that keep up with my demands.

Built to last with top quality workmanship extremely robust and comfortable ,weatherproof and breathable.
I’m a structural steel erector and I’m on my feet for long hours in all weathers, these boots fill me with confidence should I be unlucky enough to suffer a steel section falling on my toes……

Definitely recommend this company for high risk environments where you need the best in foot protection…..

Purchased black eagle mid desert boots which are very well made but narrow and needed stretching. It would be great if a wide version was available. Used them in hot desert conditions and they were very comfortable and provided good support walking on soft sand

I have been using Haix Boots since 2013, having been part and still part of the Military. I have tested various Boots in the Extreme Cold of Norway to the desert sands of Kuwait. I cannot fault the boots for build quality and durability. I only wear Haix Boots as I find it suits all environments and tasks. Great quality at a great price.

High quality and ergonomic design of boots I've ordered. lasted 8 months in a field, which is a lot with my lifestyle.

I unfortunately would not go again with Haix. Someone at work suggested them as they have another style however, I bought a pair of Nepal Pros a couple of years ago and wouldn’t bother again. Although they appear solidly made, after a number of hours wearing them not only did the padding at the back of one boot give up and start digging in my calf, they rubbed my legs and feet raw even with decent socks on. They are a VERY tight fit but do not seem to give well at all. Haix did replace this first pair but the second are still, after many hours of wearing, not giving well. With the money they cost I want to persevere but I’ll stick with Magnums in the future that are at least wearable from day one.

Ordered a pair of Haix pro-fighter boots whilst SHOWING IN STOCK/6-WORKING DAY DELIVERY VIA UPS, Only to get one Email stating thanks for your purchase? Nothing else for days, so I contacted them via WhatsApp and email only to be told they DO NOT HAVE THE BOOTS IN STOCK and for them THEMSELVES to receive the boots could be up to 6 weeks but can’t be sure at all? Next time, I will definitely avoid this company in the future with little detail on your order and untruthful advertising! You’re better off, ordering them from eBay with a seller that already has them and pay the extra for the less stress.

Ordered a pair of size 44 black eagle gtx boots. After paying the extortionate ups shipping costs, the boots turned up. I tried them on , but they seemed tight, I walked around in the house with them for twenty minutes or so, still not comfortable. When I took them off I discovered that Haix had sent a size 42 in a size 44 box. When I contacted Haix they initially told me they would send out the correct size that day. However an email followed stating that they could not send replacements to the uk , and for me to return them and reorder. I emailed them to tell them that that was not acceptable. I am awaiting an outcome. I so want this to be resolved satisfactorily

Ordered my boots and was told that would cost about £11 duty fee as they were coming from Germany. UPS sent me an email demanding £46 which I had to pay or no boots. Haix are misleading customers.
When I told Haix that I would post a review reflecting this they said to do it but they would edit it, dreadful response.

Paid a lot of money for the xr3 AirPower boots - lasted a little over 18 months with moderate use. Won’t be using these jokers again. Avoid.

I’m currently on my third pair of black eagle mid 50 these are the most comfortable work boots I ve had in 24 years of wearing safety boots . One thing is very important when buying a pair , get the right size , I usually were size 12 the first two pairs burst at the sides after a year for which Haix gave me my money back ( this is great after sales service ) my current pair is 11.5 they fit great and have no undue pressure to the sides from my pulling laces to tight , they are 16months old and still comfortable . Take note these are a large fitting boot . And to finish in my opinion the best that money can buy

Do not order the dessert black eagle 8" these are a fashion boot like a ugg they will get soaked with dew. Customer service is horrible will not do anything for you. They are filtering reviews and they are only posting positive posts.

CAUTION IF ORDERING FOR UK DELIVERY

So far not having a lot of fun with my Haix order.

I was very pleased to have ordered some Haix boots. There are a premium brand with good quality products from what I had previously seen and from recommendations.

I ordered four pair, two different styles, in two different sizes with the intention to return the size that did not fit as good so I would be keeping two pairs unless there was something badly wrong with them. UPS who are HAIXs carrier contact me to pay the duty which of course is fine and I laid it by card.

Only one pair has arrived with the other three pairs lost in the UPS system. UPS are next to useless, they are difficult to speak to, offer poor customer service and are quite frankly a bunch of muppets. So I contacted HAIX who just repeat what UPS say…your delivery is rescheduled. Five days on the trot now…not good at all.

So the pair that have arrived do not fit and will be returned to HAIX. I will have to cancel my order for the missing three pairs and HAIX will have to refund me for non delivery plus the returned pair when that all gets sorted out.

Now for the kick in the teeth. I also have to reclaim the cost of the duty that I paid since the products will be not delivered or returned to HAIX. To do so I must supply HMRC with the EORI number. UPS say they don’t have it contact HAIX. In response HAIX say contact UPS. So I am now left with a large import duty charge that I cannot reclaim.

Also, if replacements are shipped for the missing items I will have to pay duty again…not going to happen.

I am stuck between a rock and a hard place with no one taking responsibility.

If there is a problem with the refund then my card company will be instructed to perform a chargeback and I will also attempt to do this for the import duty UPS charged me since they failed to deliver the products.

I cannot order from HAIX again because their choice of carrier is poor and they seem unable to help me without me paying additional duty for something I have already paid duty on. In addition the problems with reclaiming the import duty are not worth the hassle.

It is a shame as the pair I did receive seemed very good…just too small. But is does not matter how good the product is if the service is poor.

This has not been a good experience for me so far.
