Haix Boots excellent after sales
Haix Boots. I previously completed a review regarding my work boots purchased from Haix online site. My boots lasted for about 22 months before one boot split just about the waterproof seam. I didn’t realise at the time that the boots had a 2 year guarantee and only discovered this when going through my archived emails. I contact Haix in Germany I got an extremely prompt response and a free post email label. The boots were returned and Haix have replaced them without issue. Disappointed that the boot split in the first place as the other was pristine but you can’t get better after sales service than that. I will be purchasing from the company again

Lovely Boots but Split after 18 months
I do like good work boots as I spend so much time in them. I had previously purchased well known branded UK manufactures that specialise in walking boots. On 24/12/2018 I decided to treat myself to a pair of Haix Ranger BGS waterproof boots at £198.00. They arrived and yes I was really happy, the quality of build and material was impressive. They oozed quality. For about 12 months all was well, the sole performed well and showed limited wear retaining its non slip properties. Then an eyelet snapped, not a major issue I thought I will get it repaired when I need to get them re soled as this service is available. After 18 months however the leather immediately above the waterproof band on the upper has split thus making them no longer waterproof. Not what I would have expected after 18 months. I could have just been unlucky but I will need some new boots soon again
