This has been my first time travelling solo with Halal Travel Guide and I only wish I had come sooner. Visiting beautiful waterfalls, taking in the scenic views, learning the history of Bosnia, praying in stunning mosques were just some of the highlights of the trip. Soumaya was an attentive, approachable host who went the extra mile. I highly recommend travelling with HTG, and I intend on returning with them.

It had always been my desire to travel to Bosnia and Herzegovina 🇧🇦 ✨️ and Halal Travel Guide just fulfilled my wish to do this. Soumaya & Samir just made the process so simple and easy in relation to guided tours within Bosnia.

I was impressed by the Halal Travel Guide (HTG) itinerary trip of Chasing Waterfalls - Bosnia and immediately subscribed and signed up.

The tour was organised, fun, interesting and captivating HTG succeeded far more than my expectations in relation to having a balance of history, architecture and natural landscape as Mostar Bridge was both captivating during the day and also at night.

The landscape was enticing and captivating such as the train journey along the River Neretva in Mostar, seeing The Kravica & Pilva waterfalls all of this was so spectacular that I couldn't put my camera down and was totally mesmerised by the beautiful views.

Furthermore, I have always been fascinated with history and enjoyed learning about how the Ottaman Empire expanded their territory and left behind outstanding architecture in Bosnia and Herzegovina 🇧🇦.

I would definitely recommend Halal Travel Guide as their tours are wonderful as they effortlessly organise trips that captivate the mind, body and soul.

I thoroughly enjoyed the Tour -Chasing Waterfalls in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Plus the hospitality, food and hotels were of a high standard with breakfast and lunch included this tour was excellent value for money too.

My sister and I have just returned from the chasing waterfalls trip in Bosnia never expecting to fall in love with Bosnia,its people and its heritage as we have.
The trip was amazing and so well planned.
Soumaya and Samir were such lovely attentive hosts and our tour guide Nadeem was the best we could have hoped for and always going the extra mile.

An absolutely amazing experience with HTG on the Chasing Waterfalls tour to Bosnia. I met some amazing sisters, ate some amazing food and saw the most beautiful scenery. I highly recommend sisters to travel with HTG. Thank you to Soumaya and the team for everything!!

To be totally honest, visiting Bosnia was not in the top 5 things on my bucket list as I had little knowledge about this area. However, being a curious person and someone who loves nature, I was blown away by this stunningly beautiful and rather undiscovered part of the world. This has to be one of Europe's best kept secrets because the scenery and landscapes are breathtaking.

This was my first experience with a travel group and I am so grateful that I chose Halaltravelguide. Everything was carefully organised, planned and communicated. It was evident that Soumaya and the team pay attention to detail and made this experience memorable and special for us.

Having always travelled with family in the past, I did not feel like I was travelling with strangers and there was a great bond between the travellers and the team. Our local guide Nedim, was knowledgeable, humorous and very punctual (chop chop). There was a great balance between planned activities and free time and even during our free time, I always felt I could approach the team for advice and extra information.

I will definitely be travelling again with HTG, In sha Allah. See you again soon :)

This was my first solo holiday, I was very nervous and anxious but Soumaya was wonderful from the million questions I would ask to when I finally booked and then when they day came from start to finish the experience was wonderful I never thought I would meet and connect with so many wonderful sisters, I truly have left my heart in Bosnia and can’t wait to come here again. I would highly recommend HTG to any female thinking about it don’t think just book you won’t regret it

Me and my sister went on a truly unforgettable hiking and camping tour of Bosnia with Halal Travel guide. From the moment we landed everything was super smooth and I can’t help but feel in awe at the effort put in by Sami and Soumaya to make sure the trip was jam-packed with memorable experiences. From the hotel with absolutely stunning views, breakfast, lunch and dinner, rafting along the beautiful nerteva river, hiking the prenj mountains, camping, stargazing I still can’t decide the highlight of the trip!

What truly made it memorable was the infectious enthusiasm of our guide Sami who went out of his way to ensure we were comfortable and enjoying every moment.

If you are considering going on a trip with Halal Travel Guide then go ahead and book it! You will not be disappointed!

From enquiry to trip completion the communication with the team at HTG has been fantastic. The attention to detail, level of customer service and guest care has been exceptional. My first time travelling with HTG definitely won’t be the last!

TLDR: Best company I could've travelled with, the organisers are fantastic and choose the most amazing places to go to and the best tour guides. The groups are always fantastic and I can't wait to travel with them again iA!

Having had an amazingg trip to Andalucia in Dec 22 I knew I would definitely travel with HTG again, I'm not a huge fan of history but even I loved this trip and learning about the Islamic history.

Soumaya mentioned a hiking and camping holiday in Bosnia which was very up my street and I was so thrilled when she worked so hard to plan the trip in a short space of time!

Bosnia was everything and more than I could've asked for- insanely good food, beautiful views from our resort, camping and hiking in the mountains was incredible and the HTG family and guides made me felt well looked after as solo female traveller.

I genuinely cannot wait to travel with them again iA!

Firstly, i would like to thank Soumaya and HTG (may allah reward you with good) for creating this amazing trip that is full of adventures for the ladies only group. Uzbekistan is truly a hidden gem.

Secondly, i have throughly enjoyed my time in all three of the cities we visited as part of the tour. The hotels were picked well and i was able to rest comfortably.

Thirdly, all 3 (Mirafat - Tashkent, Sayyed - Samarkand and, Gulzhar - Bukahara) tour guides for all 3 cities were amazing. Each person was enthusiastic and engaging. I had so much fun touring with them. They made the trip a very memorable one.

Fourtly, i just wanted to thank Homayoun (may allah reward you with good) for his guidance, sabr and protection. He was a great tour leader and a pleasure to travel with.

Finally, i throughly enjoyed the culture, food, sight and the rich islamic history that Uzbekistan has to offer. This trip was truly a spiritually uplifting and an amazing experience alhamdulillah.

This tour was very well organised and flowed seamlessly. Even though there were a few changes to the itinerary due to the extreme heat, it felt like we didn't miss out on anything, every moment was filled with activities. The tour was fun and I was excited to see what each day brings and to my surprise it was always full of adventure. The tour guides were wonderful! I would like to especially thank Humoyun, who not only had the patience to deal with 7 extremely vibrant ladies but kept us safe throughout the whole trip. I will definitely be using Halal Travel Guide again for future trips.
The islamic aspect of this tour was perfect, i felt spiritually closer to Allah and I was moved by the rich history that Uzbekistan has to offer. I would highly recommend this tour group and this tour, its such a beautiful country.

This is a trip of a life-time, carefully curated by Soumaya, CEO of HTG. Incredible attention to detail, superb organisation and ongoing communication between Soumaya and the group of travellers via a whatapp group- a great touch that reminds us Soumaya is at the other end of the phone should any issues arise.

I could not have imagined that we would pack in so much, but we had it all, kicking off in Amman, the capital city. Castles and citadels overlooking jaw-droppingly beautiful landscapes and a plethora of mosques, churches, tombs and shrines. A must for lovers of history, archaeology and architecture, religious icons and monuments and for anyone looking to deepen or re-fresh their spirituality.

Petra, one of the seven wonders of the world was breath-taking and for history hounds, our personally allocated guide for the week, Hasan, did a wonderful job of explaining the history and answering our questions.

On to Wadi Rum to spend two days at Camp Planet Rum, an eco-desert camp. Our desert adventures included star gazing, sunrise and sunset viewing and a jeep safari through the red sands to further explore the gorges, dunes and awe- inspiring, wide desert expanses. We also had a trip to visit Aqaba and the Red Sea, and to shop in the local souks.

Some of my fabulous sister travellers expressed a desire to visit the dead sea and this was swiftly organised by Soumaya so that on the way back to Amman, we were able to have a dead -sea stop off to experience the delights (and benefits) of floating in the dead sea, before returning to the jubilant celebrations of the Royal Wedding. What a way to spend our last night in this magnificent country.

I will never be able to express via the written word or my photos what a life -affirming journey this has been. I love Jordan and I will return, especially as I left my heart behind in Camp Planet Rum. How could I have ever known, that of all the countries landscapes I have visited, it is the desert that I yearn for.

You have widened my horizons beyond belief, I have learned more about my religion, history and countries new to me, I have visited places off the beaten track due to your work with local guides, I help to support local businesses because of the sustainable ethos of your company and I have met wonderful sister travellers. I’ve just returned from the 7 day ladies only Uzbekistan trip. I’ve been fortunate to have travelled a lot and don’t usually do tours but I would highly recommend Halal travel guide. Uzbekistan is a beautiful country with unforgettable sites and rich in Islamic history. The experience was made that much better by our amazing guide Humayoun. He went out of his way to ensure we had a great trip, has an abundance of knowledge about the sites and endless patience with us ladies 🤣 I felt looked after the entire time, Humayoun is a credit to the company. The hotels and food were great and well thought out, my only complaint… I wish I had done the 11 day trip and gone to Kiva!
I would definitely travel with them again.

Our first trip with HTG to Uzbekistan was nothing short of excellent. From the time we expressed interest, Soumaya was diligent in answering all our queries and concerns. The itinerary was well planned and instead of going through the usual touristy path of only Samarkand & Bukhara, we were also taken off the beaten track and got to experience unique places like Aydar Lake and Chimgan mountains. Our local guide Humoyun was also knowledgeable and experienced. Throughout the journey we felt safe and well taken care of. We were blessed to have fellow travellers in our group that got along like somsa and choy.

This was my first trip with HTG and I throughly enjoyed it. I am a relatively experienced traveler and generally compile my own itenaries. HTG exceeded my expectations, the process of booking was easy and efficient. It was a pleasure to travel with a company who took pride in ensuring the travellers are cared for. The itinerary was excellent. Soumaya was attentive and efficient in answering any questions/queries. I will be booking again with HTG and would recommend this company . A big thankyou to Soumaya and the tour lead Humoyun for a fantastic experience.

Absolutely brilliant! From start to finish we received personal care from Soumaya. The trip was so well planned and the tour guide was the best we could have hoped for. This was my first time with HTG but I’ve already started looking at my next trip with them - highly recommend to any traveller!

Excellent trip and everything was really well organised. Soumaya really has the local knowledge to tailor the trip incredibly well and also gained insight into Jordanian life and the knowledge of local people. Overall an amazing trip , meeting fabulous people and making new friends.

Me and my sister went on the Andalucian tour. From the moment we landed to the moment we left the trip was faultless and our guide Abdal Qadir was super accommodating to everyone with helpful tips, local knowledge aswell as amazing insights into the Islamic history of the place! We managed to see so much in the 5 days we were there yet didn’t feel exhausted in the slightest due to how well planned the tour was. Would definitely recommend it to all!

It has been my father's life long ambition to visit and explore the famous Moorish history of Southern Spain. We attempted to find a package through the mainstream, however many were not even familiar with the cities of Cordoba and Granada. Eventually I came across the 'Resurrection Andalucia' by HTG which looked very promising, except the group travel dates did not fit with ours. However, very thankfully, we pursued our enquiry. The HTG team were extremely helpful and advised we could explore a private tour if we so preferred. This was very inviting as we were able to adapt the package to our needs and more flexibly as a private group, particularly with my father of 85 years. We tweaked the itinerary a few times whilst HTG remained friendly and patient. The final itinerary and information pack we received was most professional.

The trip was an absolute whirlwind of beauty, wonder, delight but above all, a complete education. The work behind the scenes by HTG and our exemplary guide came to fruition in our trip. HTG ensured they checked in with us during the trip however we advised no need! We were fortunate to have a guide whose knowledge exceeded his years, and even more blessed to learn he is the Imam of his masjid and a student of the deen. His Spanish historical knowledge was in depth and comprehensive but his Islamic studies wrapped his nuggets and gifts of information up in a way we had been hungry for and seeking all this time. We had many other tourists observe this on our tours and requesting to join us for additional payment, however our guide very graciously advised this is a private tour. As did our guide appointed at Cordoba Mezquita, a friend of our Imam, who was also top quality. Clearly in a job he loves and brought the Mezquita to life, as though we had travelled back in time!

Most of all, our guide's character was flawless. He was very patient with my father, assisted and aided him arm in arm going to and from places at our pace, never rushing us. He was able to read the situation as to when to talk with us or simply let us fall asleep in the car! We had the pleasure and privilege of praying behind him at his masjid, coincidentally having my mother's surname, after meeting with his very lovely family and extended members whilst lunching authentic homemade Spanish paella al fresco into the late afternoon in a stunning village setting of the Sierra Nevada Mountains and exploring the delights of the handicrafts and artisan works offered by our warm and friendly lunch hosts.

The whole trip was so fulfilling. Even my father, who is not always easy to please(!), was so satisfied in completing his wish and overcome, especially with our guide. When we returned I immediately contacted HTG to convey this and thank them for preparing a trip which enabled each one of us to fulfil our own personal ambitions as well as our group ones. The group tours may be cost effective, however I found private tours are well worth the slight extra. The car was spacious, the hotels had all the amenities we required and the main benefit was being able to go at a pace which suited my family, especially my parents. We did not have to bat an eyelid about dietary needs or arranging all the various excursions with their requirements, we simply turned up! That in itself made the trip flow in a way that allowed us to truly sit back, relax and enjoy the ride of a real holiday.

I am now hoping to fulfil my father's separate ambition of visiting Istanbul. When we are able to arrange, I will certainly contact HTG and InShaAllah look forward to arranging another stunning trip to reward all our senses and educate us in a most fulfilling way.

I personally wouldn't recommend this company. There were numerous issues during the trip. In my opinion, there was no real ownership of these by the organisers, no apology offered for one of the items not even going ahead (a refund of £50 was paid - but some members had to be proactive in getting this back), and a distinct feeling of the issues being deflected back on the group.

Some of the group were vocal in their complaint both during the trip and after but it was the same copy and paste response. Some of us became really unwell (which continued after we returned) because we had to wait in sopping wet clothes for a few hours for a rogue member of the group who decided to just go off on her own, when we could have quite easily gone on our way.
