Refusing to refund me

If there were zero stars I would. Do not purchase from this company if there is any chance you might want to return the items. I spent £50 on a couple items. I was disappointed with the fabric (all plastic blends that are not worth the money) so I wanted to return. I contact live support and confirmed I wanted a return. They said the instructions would be emailed to me. After a few days and having received nothing, I reached out again. Same thing... "Check your emails over the next day or two". Still nothing. Back to live chat I go. This time they try to email me while I am on live chat... Nothing. I give them another email... Nothing. They say the are escalating the matter and then stop responding on live chat. So I email their customer support with screenshots of the chat and yet another request for the return instructions to be sent to me. They respond to my email saying they have emailed me.... No they haven't. I am receiving all emails from Halara HQ EXCEPT the return instructions. I fully believe they are doing this to make people just give up and keep the items. Especially seeing as the option they originally tried to get me to agree to was to keep the items and get refunded HALF the value. This is shady as and they need to get their act together. I just want to return an online purchase ...

REFUNDS ARE IMPOSSIBLE

If things don’t fit it is practically IMPOSSIBLE TO RETURN ITEMS.
I registered the return and sent the necessary pictures. I printed off the label. It CANNOT be sent through Royal Mail. The label mentions Evri but Halara is not listed on the Evri website of retailers they deal with.
I went back to Halara for help and they just resent the label THAT DOESN’T WORK.
Every screen of the returns process displayed a button labelled GIVE UP!!
This sums up this company. It is a scam. DO NOT TOUCH!!!

My second review

My second review - I must be a glutton for punishment as after my last disastrous purchase and consequent attempt at returning items and finally accepting a gift card, I tried again using said gift card.
I just wish the their sizing was consistent! One item fits perfectly, the other I could fit two of me in it yet they’re both the same size according to Halara!!🤷🏼‍♀️
I give up!
No more Halara for me!!!
And dont get me started on their customer service - there isn’t any !!

The quality of the products met my…

The quality of the products met my expectations and I’m satisfied with their performance. However, the delivery process was unsatisfactory. There were significant delays which affected the overall experience. I hope the logistics service is improved to match the quality of the products.

Don't do it!

Don't do it! Took weeks to arrive. I ordered two sleeveless jumpsuits. Firstly they weigh a TON! I wanted to take them in a carry on bag to avoid too many tops and trousers. They weigh nearly 4kg. Not much weight left for anything else. Secondly, nasty, rough, cheap fabric. It's feels harsh on the skin. Thirdly, you have to be a gymnast to get them on! Bringing up the rear, the top is tiny compared to the bottom half. I bought a 12-14 (M) and the top is more small 12 while the bottom is a generous 16-18. Worse still, the returns process is not easy and it's horribly expensive, obviously designed to stop giving refunds....

AVOID AT ALL COSTS:
I ordered two items and when the promised “7-9 working days “
came and went without any delivery , I contacted them . I was told the package had not been dispatched because one item was “out of stock “. It certainly wasn’t out of stock when I ordered it !!! They didn’t even have the decency to notify me of this beforehand. Now because of them messing up my order ,I don’t have enough days to order another dress to wear to my son’s graduation!!!! 😡😡😡

Another great experience

Ordered more shorts on the 6th July using 'thehalara.co_uk' website (not the .Com website). Received dispatch notification 7th July and received today (11th July). Fabulously comfortable high waisted Bermuda shorts in gorgeous colours. Size medium fits me perfectly (normally take UK 12). I just love the fabric and the comfort. Halara will be a firm favourite with me.

Save yourself the stress

Don’t be taken in by the inescapable advertising. I bought 2 pairs of jeans, one is ok, but not great for the price. The other pair they sent is the wrong size and they STINK! Impossible to return items, the whole experience is 100% designed to make it impossible to return anything. I assume that most people give up it’s so bad. Avoid like the plague, absolutely total scam of a company.

Difficult Returns Policy with UK

Received a below standard product- stitching on waffle straight trousers was too tight and caused pulling.
No exchange offered.
Returns policy from UK was so time consuming and difficult that took several attempts and finally gave up.
Will not buy from them again.

Refunds are insane with this company

Refunds are insane with this company. I bought a skirt which was beautiful but didn't fit. It still had tags on and in original packaging but to get a refund has been nothing short of a nightmare. Returns portal consistently didn't work so I had to contact them. I was asked to take pictures (of what? The product was in original condition, not faulty), then asked so many questions to then wait for another email 24 hours later with more instructions on returning only to be asked to print more sheets out to include. Honestly, it's a shame, as the products are lovely but I would absolutely not purchase again solely on how difficult they make it to return an item that I cannot use because it doesn't fit me.
