I received this as a Christmas gift and the fruit was so superior to anything I had previously eaten I thanked my friend four times (each time I ate another type of fruit). I quickly ordered two boxes for gifts of my own
The apples and pears were not as flavorful as I had hoped. Did not try the citrus. For the price I had hoped for better quality.

I ordered 5 gift boxes; 4 recipients said their gift was good, but 1 said the fruit was not good-- had soft spots and citrus was moldy. Customer Service has said that a replacement order will be sent for the unacceptable gift. I have ordered from Hale Groves for several years and this is the first time there has been a complaint. I am aware that hurricane Irma caused damage to Florida citrus but would assume customers would have been told if the quality of their product was not up to par this year.

Product delivered a few days after Christmas even though I ordered in plenty of time and then called to confirm it would be delivered in Time because the other recipients had already received theirs. I emailed them but have not heard a response. Not good service.
