I have just completed a brilliant 12 week breathwork course with Haley, with many different types of breath taught. Haley gave us detailed information about each practice, and every session expertly guided us through the breath. Haley is just incredible! I’ve just attended one of her cacao ceremony/ guided meditation events and wow! What an experience! She’s so knowledgeable, kind and empathetic! She put so much energy and time into it and set such a calming atmosphere! And all her little personal touches were so thoughtful.
