I have just completed the in-person training week for my Advanced Practitioner in Transformational Coaching with Angela, Vanessa and Laura. I can honestly say it is not only the best professional development I have ever experienced, but also the best personal development too! The carefully thought-out training held us safely while pushing us to the edge of our comfort zones for maximum growth, all the while underpinned by Angela's very human, generous and science backed approach. I highly recommend this training and can't wait to do more.

Wow, I am so grateful for Paseda360, I am nearing completion of the Advanced Practitioner in Positive Psychology Coaching Certificate. Truthfully, I was unsure at the beginning of the course. I wasn’t sure if I’d be able to learn the skills or apply those skills in the coaching room. However, my lived experience was so different. The course is so well thought out and beautifully tailored to guide you through with depth of knowledge, reflection and enough introspection to embed the learning. The blend of online, and in person learning worked so well. I found the deadlines for each module closing so helpful to keep on track. I felt the supervisions and (online) in person meet ups were like gold dust. The space has been so held. Paseda360 have created an incredibly supportive and psychologically safe environment for each of us to flourish in our own time. The experience of real life coaching for me, was transformational. The ability to be in the room, hone the skills I’ve learnt and be vulnerable in these first stages yet still be ‘a good enough coach’ has been growth in me that I will be forever grateful for. Anyone looking to deepen their practice within coaching, leadership and development, honestly look no further. I do not know another coaching business who are so authentic, have such integrity and show genuine passion for their work. Forever thank you Paseda360.

When I began my life coach training with Paseda 360 I didn’t know what to expect, and what a fabulous journey it has been. From in depth learning about techniques and the science behind them, through experiencing those techniques sat in the client’s chair, to supported practical application and beyond with the ongoing friendship, encouragement and support that comes with being part of the Paseda community. On a personal level, I have learned much about myself, reframing negative beliefs to adopt a more positive outlook; on a professional level, I have been given the skills and confidence to make a real difference to other people’s lives. For anyone looking to enter the world of coaching or for existing coaches who want to further develop their practise, I can’t recommend Paseda 360 enough. Also, they offer bursaries for blue light/NHS leavers who are looking to become life coaches- I am grateful as this made my desired career change an affordable reality.

I completed the Advanced Practitioner course with Paseda360 in 2025 and am currently part way through the Master Practitioner programme, I can honestly say the experience has been profoundly transformational — both professionally and personally.

The learning goes far beyond theory. It challenges how you think, how you show up, and how you work with others, while remaining firmly grounded in evidence-based neuroscience and real-world application. I’ve come away with not just new tools, but a deeper level of self-awareness and confidence in my practice.

Wow, PASEDA 360 training has been the most life changing training Ive ever had (and Ive some pretty great training in my time) I'd say you cant fail to come out with a new understanding of your own life, its the key that literally unlocks what's keeping you stuck. I cannot recommend the Paseda360 Advanced Practitioner in Transformational Coaching course enough. It is suitable for both experienced coaches and those (as I was) who are completely new to coaching. This has been the best decision I have made this year. The course is about transformation coaching and is transformative at the same time. A combination of self learning, reading, virtual and in person learning, I loved it.
